Ordered to-go, front crew worker was kind and helpful, but nobody should be paying $17 for a roll of this quality.

Great, fast, and not crowded joint with well-priced sushi which was very good and fresh.
The staff was very attentive and their rolls are 50% off all(?) the time.

If I could give zero stars, I would. As a frequent customer, I was extremely disappointed by how our table was treated after we raised a concern about part of our meal being undercooked. A female manager came to our table and was completely unprofessional and dismissive. Instead of addressing the issue, she argued with us about the taste and quality of the food and repeatedly said, “we don’t do that here.”
There was no notice on the menu about “no exchanges” or “sales are final,” aside from alcohol sales. This experience showed a complete lack of customer service and respect for loyal customers.

The food is always amazing. Servers are polite and go above and beyond to make your experience great. It's a staple and my favorite place to eat whenever I go to conventions. You'll see a lot of people from SacAnime there when it's going on. Lol Always a good time.

Loved this place! They had an extensive menu with Bento boxes, sushi, sashimi, ramen, udon, etc. The service was great and everything we ordered was delicious! Will definitely be back.

Everything was sticky. I touched various places around the bar, table tops, my shoes on the walk to the bathroom--and the floor in the bathroom itself! What cleaning product causes absolutely every surface to be tacky to the touch? Couldn't eat here. Had a beer--served in a chipped glass with a sharp edge--and left. Bartender was personable but I don't think I'll be back.

The Bento Box is good ....we shared it. I liked the sesame chicken . We also had the Korean ribs but they could have been more meaty and tender. Overall, it was good and tasty. Timmy is a wonderful server

We originally planned to eat at Kitchen15, but since it was closed, we decided to try Bento Box downtown. While looking over the menu and preparing to be seated, one of our friends needed to use the restroom. The hostess told us we had to purchase something first before using the facilities—meaning we were expected to pay for food we hadn’t even ordered yet.
Frustrated, we left. Later, we decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and returned, this time recording the experience to see if it was a one-time issue. Unfortunately, the manager/owner treated us the exact same way.
We never even got the chance to order food, yet the service was already unwelcoming and dismissive. Very disappointing experience. We will not be returning.

The customer service was horrible. The food was terrible. It was oil for a break roll. In addition to that the teriyaki chicken bowl was dry ever and when it was mentioned to staff, they just said oh they’re not giving refunds.

I wouldnt come to this place again. I came in on my birthday, and almost immidietly our server had an issue with us. We ordered two juices 3$ each, and he said (quietly, he was very quiet despite the place being loud) that they were non refillable, was that fine. We confirmed, and one of the juices comes out as a different juice.
Who cares? Its juice? I tell him that ones wrong, (weak pineapple allergy, we couldnt just drink it) and he gives us trouble. Argues that he repeated the order, etc. My guy, its 3$ juice. Meals here are 15$ per person minimum, assuming you dont get appetizers or drinks. I was fine with paying for the juice we didnt drink, even.
He then takes our meal order, repeats it back just as quietly as he had been when he mentioned the no free refills. He was only loud enough to be heard when he was upset about the juice.
Then he ignores us for the rest of the time. Checking on literally everyone in our section, so we know it was specfically ignoring us. Whatever. We have to ask the busser for our check, because he literally avoids us. A different server has to come over to give us our check.
Lost a 20$ tip over 3$ store bought juice. It was ridiculous.
