It was soooo good! I wish I could remember the name of the sushi I tried. I believe it was a California roll (?) but most importantly it had salmon and lemon on top and was amazing!

The server was amazing. Very attentive and respectful. Great spacious setting with lovely view of the street. The food presentation is nice but the taste, that is a different story. Fish was overcooked and dry. The quality of sushi roll fell short of our expectations.

The sizzling Teriyaki Chicken plate is amazing. They need to invest in metal forks. Not everyone can eat with chopsticks and being handed a really small thin plastic spoon is so not appropriate for a nice dine in establishment.
The staff were friendly but the food was excellent and well priced. Not a fancy place but comfortable and clean.

(May 30, 2025) My experience was great! The service was as expected for a somewhat busy day. The rolls were so delicious, with a nice presentation. The stuff mushrooms were my absolute favorite, the umami of the mushrooms mixed with a great smoke taste really got me! Very chill spot for a date night or a lunch! Definitely try the mushrooms though, and if you’re not a mushroom person…don’t try them because we do not like negative comments! ✌🏽

I had Bento #3 and a side of miso soup. The teriyaki chicken was grilled perfectly, and I enjoyed the California roll and miso. I do have several pet peeves, and this restaurant hit every one of them. If I'm going to sit down in a restaurant and tip a waiter, I don't want to eat with a plastic fork. Plastic forks are for carry-out and for picnics, not sit-down restaurants! And I don't want to eat with sticks! Would it kill the restaurant to provide actual metal silverware for dine-in? And can you please provide me with an actual bill so that I can check to see if I was charged properly? The waiter just came to the table with an electronic device and gave me the total, and then stood over me while I'm thinking of what to tip. I hate that! More and more restaurants are doing this. I get that there is a benefit that your credit card always stays with you, but I don't need you to stand over me. Maybe I'm just in a pissy mood because my back hurts, so I don't know if I'll be going back. The food was good. I will say that.

I had a truly disappointing experience at this restaurant. The waitress and manager were both incredibly rude. They’ve recently started charging customers before providing service, which already raised some red flags.
I ordered the calamari, which came out bland and completely lacking in flavor. I immediately asked for a replacement or a refund, but they flat-out refused. I’ve never been to a restaurant where the staff showed such disregard for customer satisfaction.
They made it clear that once you’ve paid, you’re stuck with whatever you get—whether you like it or not. Be careful and only order something you already know is good, because if you’re unhappy with your meal, they won’t care and you won’t get your money back.
I will never return, and I don’t recommend this place to anyone who values respectful service and quality food.
