I decided to grab a bite here while waiting in line at Super Clips. The atmosphere was decent, although not the most exciting, but it provided a suitable environment to enjoy a meal. While the food was alright, it didn't quite excite me, especially considering the relatively high prices for what was offered. However, I had no complaints about the service—it was prompt and courteous.

They have gotten ridiculously expensive and quality has gone down hill. We have been disappointed with our last few orders and we will no longer be ordering here.

Food is great. Unfortunantly last night I ordered for a pick up. According to the prices for this restaurant on their own website, my order should have come out to $43.22+tax. My actual charge was $56+tax. When I asked about the disparity in prices, I was told that new prices have been in effect for a long time, and that the prices advertised in their website are no longer the correct prices(bait and switch and illegal in California). Deluxe combo plate says its $15.99 on their website, and I was charged $23. I was charged $1 and $2 more than advertised for the rolls, and $2.50 more than advertised for the pot stickers. Either the employees are ripping g off th3 customers and charging them more at checkout, or the owners are in on the scam. Either way, won't eat there again, and I have been a customer since the place first opened in Lohmann's

I've been going here for years. Never fails, and always fresh. The staff is also friendly which is important for me. They also were great during the pandemic so take out is easy too. Thai Chicken in the photo ??

The place was dirty, the staff was rude, and in another cafe the bento box was much tastier.

We ordered for delivery. I swear this place used to have way bigger portions. The chicken was dry, they give you a tiny cup of teriyaki sauce not nearly enough, and it’s like $15-$17 an entree. It’s fine but honestly overpriced for what you get. This used to be one of our go-tos but it’s gone down in quality and quantity and up in price, so I think this was the last time.

Overall, it's ok. I ordered the beef teriyaki and a rainbow roll (and gree tea). The beef came out cold. The rainbow roll was great. I had to remind the guy about the hot tea. I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here again. I was hankering for sushi on my bday, and this place popped up. Cute lil spot though, just not the best.

On this day they were a bit slow, however they had a line so they were busy. Considering how busy they were I suppose I should still give a 5. My food was great but I've never eaten a Ca Roll wrapped up like an ice cream cone. My husband got a spider roll, served like my California Roll...ice cream cone. I prefer the cut up bite size pieces, but oh boy, it was good!!!! There was probably more "filling" in the cone.... We had moved from the neighborhood where this store is located so it was a real treat for us to return to a restaurant we enjoyed for years. Enjoy!!!

A few years back, I used to eat at Bento Box a couple times a week. In the time since, the food has steadily gotten worse and nearly doubled in price (teriyaki chicken bowl used to be $8, now $14).I used to love this place, but it just isn't worth it anymore.

Food is good and filling. They have specials everyday. Combinations that pair well together. Only downside is prices.

I don't recommend the sushi. bento box is probably a better choice. Great service but not a fan of the food. Maybe I picked the wrong
