Went it and ordered a lunch bento box, not bad 16 bucks. Had to wait a bit, my coworker went and ordered a sandwhich and a jamba juice from two different places and showed up and at his food while i waited. It was presented well, nice box, nice bag-neither of which i needed. I asked for Sriracha , and was told they were a dollar, i just need a teaspoon and I just left 4 dollar tip! Should have asked if condiments for my meal were going to be a dollar first. Not fast, not that good -lettuce had a lot of brown bits, not cheap. I would probably just go to a sushi restaurant and order the lunch special there and have a sit next time. Staff was nice, and when I went in they weren't busy so i dont know why there was such a wait. Finished with a fortune cookie which i, again, didnt want. I would trade it all for a teaspoon of Sriracha. Overall I give it a "meh" it's a lunch option that leaves me feeling let down-2.5 stars

Went after a concert to grab some food and they had some of the best sushi it hit the spot. It was authentic great flavor. The staff was really helpful and Nice the only negative I would give it is being in the middle of downtown going there at night time I would definitely want somebody with me and not want to go alone.

I want to thank Anna, Jun & the boss for exceptional service considering our son needed a diaper change & there is not a diaper changing station in either the woman or men’s bathroom. They were very kind & since our food was already ready and at our table, they watched our belongings, so my husband could help me change our son on the 3 chairs they put together to create a make shift diaper changing table. It obviously wasn’t ideal, but due to the circumstances we greatly appreciated the on the fly help , so we could enjoy our meal with baby boy. Thank you :)
Kid-friendliness: Just a heads up, but they don’t have a diaper changing table, but they made accommodations for us by providing 3 chairs lines up, so I could change my child’s diaper.

I stop by here once a month or so due to it being relatively convenient, decent priced and generally having decent quality. I have had a few orders over the years that weren't so great, but most have been enjoyable. There are always customers eating in and others waiting to pick up food when I have gone there in the evening, but it is never packed and my orders are almost always ready in less than 30 minutes. Often under 20.

Today we come with a good attitude to eat something delicious. But sometimes you meet people like RENEE who helped us place the order. An unbearable attitude, arrogance, negative and acts as if she were giving us the food for free and even so. She is nobody to put up with her bad service. All angry, it is not your fault that she is not happy in her life or at work. We will never come back while this girl is here. Teach her what customer service is. ????????????

Rolls are average at best. They don’t seat you. You take a menu and pay ahead of time. There is no soy sauce at the tables. They give you two packets with two rolls which isn’t enough. I understand that you can ask for more, but who wants to open packets of soy sauce for dining in? Also when you pay ahead of time, you are asked if you want to provide a tip. Why would anyone want to tip before being served and before knowing whether or not the food was good.

Very little food for the price. The Sesame chicken was basically katsu chicken with several hairs fried into the breading. Not a lot of sauces provided for rice and meat. The Teriyaki chicken was good. Overall, we were very disappointed.
