I oder togo order on 5/2/25 full rack rib combo the ribs over cook and potato was hard my mini pizza was over baked and our cookies was hard we are very dissatisfied with our food we paid $44 and waited over 30 mins ridiculous and employee took so long to get me rung up they need to get it together step up on customer service that's important I want my food remade right and not over cook or they can refund my money please contact me I came on 12/11/25 my order was supposed to be ready in 15mins instead it was 30 mins then young lady can't count she gave $67 back when it was supposed to be $76.30 then my pizza was over cook cooki was hard very bad Customer service not good at all pleas contact me general manger and you need train your employees that young got a attitude and she through another customer food to him she do t need to do Customer service at all and manger can't count neither

We left $20 cash tip for our waitress at BJs Arden Mall - Ms. Fernanda: This black guy walks in pretending to be on the phone and stood by the table where we sat and took the $20 and left. We saw him and could tell that he was upto something and so we watched him. This was on 02/04/2026 around 6:45pm to 7pm. We informed our waitress and told her to check the camera.
Seems like the guys has been doing this for some time whereby he walks through one door, steals the tip money from the tables and walks out the other door.

Came here for my dad’s last meal before his cancer surgery that he’s not gunna be able to eat real food again after. Our waitress Savannah was amazing and really made this experience a wonderful one. Haven’t seen him so happy in a while. Thank you so much!!

OMG! I love Miale!! She was so sweet and attentive! I did have to send my salad back just cause my steak was a little undercooked for my personal liking but she was so nice about it the cooks fixed it to PERFECTION!!!!!!

Have not been here in a while because they where so bad so i decided to give them another chance thinking make it was me waited over 2 hours left took my family and friends else where never got text back totally unexpectable and unprofessional for a big company like this will not be back here ever i learned my lesson should have not tried to give them another chance just horrible. no restaurant i ever been to has been bad period that said something

I hosted my husband’s birthday party with 23 friends and it was the easiest, smoothest, and most delicious way to celebrate. Our servers were excellent and extremely attentive, the food came out relatively quickly, and all our needs were met.

In the future, we plan to explore their family style and buffet options when hosting a large party.

My granddaughter and I had a great meal after shopping at Arden Fair Mall. The waitress/hostess Tymya was extremely helpful with our menus and made sure we were welcome and important! I also observed she treated all her guests with respect and courtesy. I highly recommend coming to this restaurant whenever you’re at the Arden mall outlet. Thanks again for excellent food, service and hospitality.

Celebrated my mom’s birthday and our waitress Sarah was the nicest ever.

She checked on us plenty of times, brought everything we asked of her with a happy attitude.

I ordered a new burger that I devoured in minutes - wish I had a picture of it. It’s the Wagyu Burger. Not a typical burger I would order - it was so delicious.
