BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse

We were seated quickly even though the restaurant was fairly full. Our server Mariela was friendly and attentive, informing us when our food would be brought to the table and she made recommendations as to what she like on the menu. When the food arrived it was presented on the plate in an attractive manner. Everything was delicious, and we enjoyed the all chocolate pizzookie for desert. I hope our local bjs is as good as this one in Sacramento!

Busy Sunday evening @ 6pm so service was a bit slower than usual. Drinks didn't come out until salad was half finished. Food was good. Pizookie was yummy! (Salted caramel) Waitress was very busy with a lot of tables. Besides delay in getting drinks, everything else was fine.

My server Anna was amazing...very professional and informative.

I ate there for my birthday today right after they opened up, had some tri-tip and shrimp scampi while sitting at the bar area. Also had a pizookie for dessert. The food was really good and so was the service.

Worst service! A soup took over an hour to come out. Other food items missing, like a soups and salad. Created chicken came out cold. We asked napkins theee times before receiving them. It was busy but other tables received their food within 30 minutes. Restroom was not clean.

I haven’t been to BJ’s in 10 years but we decided to give it a chance because we were craving pizza. Oh my, you didn’t leave an impressionable experience. The service was extremely slow, they were missing a few things from drinks, to appetizers, and food. The food after an hour and half food arrived and items were missing…ouch, what a painful experience. I normally have delightful experiences, and I’m very patient but this was what the kids call a “hot mess”. You need to remodel your training for staff, service, and kitchen so everything runs smoothly. The excuse we got was “we are extremely busy”…so why is the staff in a huddle in one of the podiums just talking, laughing, like they don’t have a full house and unhappy customers…I won’t upload the picture of this debacle. To make it right, pizookies were offered! Hilarious, they came with that meal deal?! WTH. We are paying for those desserts! Corporate or owner this is your money maker and this business isnt run efficiently.

We had reservations at 8pm. We didn't get seated until 8:20pm. Our waitress didn't come over until 8:40? Our waitress was Missing in action most of the night? We finally got our dinner at 9:00pm. We wait 20mins to order our dessert and another 25mins to get it. Thank god we can pay using the app. When we were walking out less than 25% of the restaurant was full? We saw some of the wait staff just standing around talking to one another? Our worst experience at BJ's Arden Fair Mall.

We were there for a 12:30 pm business lunch meeting. We asked to be seated outside, the host checked us in and stated that it would not be an issue to dine outside. There was a $13 Mini Pizookie Meal Deal, several choices of entrees with a personal-sized pizookie for dessert. We chose the Mediterranean Chicken Bowl, Mini Deep Dish Pepperoni Pizza and Salad, Strawberry Fields Chicken Salad and Chicken Bacon Ranch Flatbread with fries. We also shared Chip & Guacamole + Salsa and 1 lb Boneless Wings. The food was delicious. Everything cooked perfectly and served timely. Our server was Faye. She was pleasant and accommodating. Sadly her service area was the patio as well as the inside dining area near the bar. So we needed to ask to have our drinks refilled. We enjoyed our meal and the perfect sized dessert of Pizookie and ice cream. We would order the meal again, but possibly would opt for inside dining to have quicker service.
