BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse

We have a new family member and went to celebrate her birthday, we bought an expensive cake and nice candles. The waiter just bought the cake without opening the package and just left it on the table. The birthday girl ended up opening her own cake. We never saw the candles we brought with us. I expected the cake with the candle when it was brought to the table. I feel that she ruined out special moment. :(

I went to a restaurant in Roseville. We explained our diet needs due to Colitis and gluten intolerance. They were so horrible and the worst experience in serving people. That's how a server earns a tip. Not only on the food but how they connect to their customer. Our server was so understand and talked to the chief to make sure it was understood how to cook the chicken and one slice of bread( it was a very simple small meal). I wanted my adult grown daughter to enjoy our company and be part of our conversation at the restaurant without worrying she might get sick. Thanks to your server she did. Keep it up. I am glad your server asked vital questions. Give her a raise!!!

The service was slow and difficult to get our server's attention. A pizza came out with wrong toppings the waitress said “I'm ok with it if you are”? Which I found was a weird statement. We were there for two hours and never once were our waters refilled. We will not being going back to this BJ's in Arden Mall.

Im really big on great customer service and I wanted to say that Sara is the true definition of it. She made sure to check on us frequently and remember key things about what we ordered in past visits. She was very professional and friendly. She deserves all the recognition plus more!!

Great staff, bartender was awesome, I didn't know which sweet wine to order and I had the opportunity to taste two, our server had a warm personality, and the chef mad a delicious prime rib dinner, food is as good as The House of Prime Rib, great job to the manager for hiring the best. You made two sister's Easter 2025 special

Good food, waiting service was great even as they were very busy. Make sure you check in with the Host before the time of your reservation and AT the time of reservation; they seem to have not processed my reservation check in until when I reminded them at reservation time.

This was a great experience celebrating my niece and having an opportunity for my family to come together and celebrate

Our food was delivered correctly and hot by our lovely server. She was helpful and patient. We will return!

I celebrated my birthday lunch here with my family and we had a wonderful time. We were seated right away , food was delicious, waiter/ waitress were attentive and kind , and I received a complimentary yummy pizookie of my choice!
