Came in a few minutes before 6 on a Tuesday night. Not busy and we had reservations thru Open Door. Had drinks and appetizers order taken by one waitress but items delivered by another waiter within 5-7 minutes. Original waitress off at 6. Main course orders given by 6:20 and was not delivered till 7:07 after I spoke with onsite manager. Nothing was unique about the orders. Finally, as in 20 minutes waiting after finishing, I got the check - Not for our table! Hunted down the manager and asked if this was a "Joke?"! Manager thanked me for my honestly since the bill handed to me was about a third what my bill should be! Unacceptable! Never again.

The hostesses were nice. Our party of 5 was seated at our reserved time which was great. The server assigned to our table was slow bringing refills and didn't notice that they didn't include fries with my sandwich. The prime rib on my French dip was like a stringy tough rag but the adjus was good. We had the pizookie trio for dessert and loved it. The restrooms were clean. We will go back for dessert but the food at this location isn't the high quality that I've seen at other locations.

Were in for a team lunch. Half the table ordered Soup and Salad. The salad was brought out before the soup. The other two ordered chicken fingers, burger and fries. The fries were cold and tasted like they had been cooked 2 hours ahead and were sitting under a heat lamp. It's not too difficult to get fries done correctly. All the food did not come out together, so some on the table were eating while the others were waiting for their food. The reservation was made for a birthday celebration and the server did not offer anything for the birthday person.

Reservation at 5:15... finally seated at 5:45. Then 2 hours before we checked out. Took MUCH longer than we anticipated. Our server was super apologetic and very kind, and the food was top notch. Just wish the kitchen was able to keep up.

Been coming here for more than 20 yrs. - this was the first time things were way off. The wait staff was nice, but she could never remember to bring water, bring a to go box, bring the receipt, she was delayed on everything. The meals are not seasoned correctly... I had ahi salad...blah... not very much ahi on it. The Bacon avocado Berger was good... took forever for wait person bring ketchup and mayo... like almost at the end of the meal. The restaurant wasn't even filled... lots of open tables. No pepper on the table. Just sloppy set up... no care in all of it. The pazookie cookie dessert was good.

Had a reservation and was seated 15-20 mins later due to shift change. The staff upon check in had zero customer service and had to be prompted that we were standing there as customers. That was the initial sign that the service was not going to be so great. Our waiter was really nice and got us everything we needed (party of 11) and was very attentive. The restaurant was not full and we made reservations in early evening to avoid the crowd/delays due to having a big party. Appetizer took close to 30 mins to come out (order 4) but it was really good and the food was hot. We ordered our main meals prior to appetizers coming out and that took even longer, over 35 mins. at this point the restaurant was still not crowded. One of the orders didn't come out until nearly 45 mins due to a mix up and another table recieved our order. 8/11 of our main meals came out barely hot, seems like them had been sitting for a while prior to service and no refill to our drinks and water during the hour and fifty mins of being there. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place if you're going with a large party and looking for decent food. Customer service is subpar, food is not so great. Spend your money elsewhere, we would've definitely been better off.

On top of the pour service we were charged for the birthday pieookie which I believe should be free on your birthday. Server was not friendly and we were not checked up on. Additionally the receipt did not have the QR code to scan on the app to pay to redeem or use rewards. The QR code on the table did not work and our receipt came with a tip already added on not giving use the option of choosing the amount.

waitress was rude and obnoxious. made a reservation and we had to wait 30 minutes after the time of the reservation food was good

Much too loud. Took way too long to get simple mixed drinks from the bar. Our server was doing the best he could. He was very nice. Not enough bar staff, and the restaurant was way over booked with customers!!

I wish I could give then zero stars . Ordered deep dish pizza online.order was ready for pick up 920pm we got txt msg .we were there 910pm only to find out that the chef messed up by adding bacon when we clearly put in our order that we do not want bacon.thy told us to wait another 20-30 minutes so we waited in our car.
Came back in 30 minutes laiter and saw our deep dish pizza looking like something else....see pics ... no greens / chicken and tomatoes on some pieces looking like just threw on after pizza was done .thy spoiled our final few hours of 2024 and sad bad 2025 beginning with writing this review. while driVing back home I called requesting to speak to manager got transferred on hold for 10 minutes then thy hung up on me so called back again and on hold for 16 minutes but no one answered. $20 an hour employees with tip jar on counter and recommendation on percentage tips on receipt. Waste of my money .

Worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. The place looked awesome and it was packed full. Usually a good sign. Took about an hour to get seated. Again no big deal. Once Sat. The waitress greeted us promptly and was very pleasant. After that it all went down hill. It took about 20 mins to get our drinks. There was 7 of us and it was near impossible to get refills. We got apps but no silverware. I had to get up and ask other workers but they told me they were out unfortunately. Our entrees all came out with the wrong sides before we finished our apps. Our waitress then came with silverware and said sorry she had to roll our silverware herself. Food was cold. Again it was fine. It is what it is. The prime rib was awful. I asked for Med-rare and I got way over done and got told that’s all they had. Would have been nice to know before I ordered it. After all this our waitress rushed to close us out. We all had dessert. She left and said someone else would bring us dessert and thank you. I worked at several restaurants and sympathized with her. I still hooked her up. It’s cool. Once she left we sat there for about 30 mins no desserts. I then got up asked another worker about it. It then took another 15 mins to get half the desserts and then I had to get up again for the other half. The other servers were visibly frustrated which again I understand. We are not their table. We asked for more water and never got it. We were all leaving without the other half of desserts when they all ran out with 3. They gave us one extra dessert for inconvenience. It is what it is. You can read my other reviews and know that I’m not a big critic. I just felt compelled to express my experience. I hope you guys figure it out. Place has a lot of potential. It could of just been an off night. That’s why I will never give a one star review. This is the closest 1 star experience I have ever had.

This place has really gone downhill. When we ordered one guest was completely forgotten. Then they said they ran out of tuna. But then they brought after we all had finished our meal. I ordered a baked potato and it came with mashed potatoes. They said sorry we ran out. They forgot the snack for the children, the restaurant and bathrooms were filthy and no toilet paper or paper hand towels. Last time I'm going there.

I ordered the deep dish ziti and it was horrible way too salty and greasy next time I'll play it safe and either order from Olive garden or just make my own pasta at home
