My husband and I came here a few weeks ago (late review), and the atmosphere was friendly, personable and inviting! The staff was friendly and even made conversation about our week. Loved our drinks too! We got 2 Cookie Monster shakes!! Definitely recommend this business And will be going back soon!

It wasn't what expected, but that was because I didn't do enough investigating before I came! It's not teas like green tea/boba and it's not fresh juices. It's mostly protein and (clean) energy drinks. They have a large selection of flavors, but I was limited because I wasn't expecting most of the options to be energy based. The inside is cute with a photo op backdrop, a long bench to sit at, a bar and some couches/chairs. The owners were kind and helped me find a drink option that wasn't energy based. I tried the Merry Berry iced beverage. It was tasty. But in my opinion it was just too strongly flavored for my liking. I think this place would be an awesome spot for people post or pre workout looking for a protein or energy drink. I'll have to come back when I'm looking for some caffeine!

Came in for a refreshing drink and was greeted by Chuck. He recommended some drinks and made it such a hard decision lol everything is healthy and sounds amazing . I got a cucumber watermelon drink and it was so tasty. He was nice and let me know more about the family owned business. So adorable and modern in the store. I wouldn’t mind going in on a weekend for my drink and meeting with friend or even working remote from their lounge area. Very comfortable and love the aesthetic. I will be back

Just stopped by and got a SUPER delish drink called Watermelon Cucumber. I was surprised that it was only 25 calories. The owners and their beautiful kids were all so welcoming. They also hold workout classes twice a week; I'll definitely be checking that out too.

I was on a date and we decided to go on a hunt for an afternoon drink refresher. With a quick Yelp search, we decided to check out Blend as it was close to where we were and the reviews were pretty cool.Once we walked through the doors, we were hit with such a high level of energy and enthusiasm. One of the co-owners walked us through the menu and assisted us with narrowing down the right drink of choice for our respective preferences. His wife (the other co-owner) eventually walked through and the four of us had a great time conversing about health, working out, vitamin intake, etc. Awesome people!I ended up choosing the Watermelon Cucumber energy drink and it was absolutely refreshing. There is B12 added so there isn't the standard crash after a pick-me-upper of an energy drink. I can't remember what my date ended up picking but he did share that his drink was also really good.We were both impressed with the options for drinks, the quality in service, and with the overall establishment for putting out healthier options into the neighborhood.First timers but definitely won't be our last. Support local small businesses y'all!

Looking for a healthier alternative to a milk shake or ice cream? Or looking for a delicious, protein filled meal replacement? This place has what you need! We tried the Cinnamon Roll Shake and Butterscotch Shake. Both were realllllly delicious. They were sweet and rich in flavor and would recommend both. The owners confirmed that both were gluten free. We got the large sides which were approximately 360 calories and 36 grams of protein for each. AMAZING. They also have a bunch of energy drink teas that look really good and we will be back to try them! The owners are also really friendly and were patient with all of our questions. Definitely stop by if you are craving something sweet, need an energy boost, or don't want toast for breakfast lol.

New to the sac area and My bf and I stopped by here while exploring. We went for the drink combo and both drinks were super tasty! The owners were really friendly and told me to go for the blondie shake when i asked for recommendations. I especially liked how mine wasn't too sweet despite the name and it didn't hurt my stomach at all like some protein shakes do. Were only about a 4 min drive from here so I would Def come back whenever I feel like I need a little boost to my day :)
It's a small shop but really nice. Me and my family were looking at our family pictures when me and my sister decided to get a drink. We ordered the rainbow candy and the sour lifesaver. The lifesaver was definitely sour but the rainbow candy was on the sweeter side.The cashier was nice and talkative.The teas are all energy drinks and the shakes are not.Would definitely recommend and I plan on coming back!

Hubby and I walked in and immediately greeted by the owners! Love the family centric vibe. We tried the energy boosting teas (son of a peach and jurassic park) and given a shake sample that was SO GOOD! I'm not a big breakfast person but knowing there's a spot to get a healthy meal replacement before school or work is such a plus!! Once they get a drive thru location that will be a game changer!!! Will def back

I've been wanting to try this place out. Their drinks on IG just look so pretty and fun. I was immediately greeted by the staff. I love that this is a family affair. They were so welcoming and friendly. Genuine people who are just happy to be there. The drink menu is sooo exciting. They have protein shakes, energy drinks and more. The size is very generous. I had the blow pop flavor and it was great! I'd definitely try it again and recommend. I'm excited to try more flavors.

The most beautiful couple owns this delightful healthy café. I had the pleasure of stopping in during an Elite yelp event and met their two littles as well. So many creative "blends "on the menu to choose from. I ended up ordering a Prickly Pear with watermelon, green apple, and peach. It was incredibly refreshing. I look forward to going back and trying several of the other blended drinks. If you're looking for a space that's family oriented, this is a great one. They even have a kids corner.
