First time in over a year I came back to give it another shot..still the same slow service. Other boba shops gets your drink out in less that 5 mins. Expect to wait 15+ minute for 1 drink if you come to this place. Also, the price is pretty outrageous. I can get double the size at an Asian owned boba shop for the same price. Not coming back again! Gave it too many chances.

I came to this boba shop in Arden Mall with a friend, and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The staff member who took our order seemed unwell or not in a good state. After taking our order, she went to the back and suddenly started yelling loudly. It’s been over 20 minutes now and we are still waiting for our drinks, with no explanation or update. This is not the kind of experience customers expect, especially in a busy place like this. I hope management pays attention and provides better training and support to staff so customers feel welcome and respected.

So lazy, rude and always talks down to people - customers and fellow coworkers! Her and a couple others play some of the most inappropriate music so loud also. Until this place is cleaned up, my family and I will be going elsewhere.

I went to the mall with the hubby and the youngen, it's getting ready to be his birthday, so he wanted to go shopping. So we did. I walked pass this place with the mind of getting a smoothie on the way out the mall. Mall closes at 8pm we walk in at 6:30pm this boy wanted to go all over the mall. It was only 5 mins before closing the beautiful and lovely Alexa O. Still allowed us to order. Give me some suggestions. I stuck with my first mind and Lord Jesus, am I glad I did. I tell you the coconut strawberry smoothie, is for sure something to call yo granny about and say Chile, girl, Girl Chile I found de one. My heavens. Gone go Chile, gone go get 1 TODAY!!! It's worth your money and your time. The employees are so wonderful. Tell them sweets sent you.🤭😍😉

Really good bobas- for the most part! Some employees make it better than others. However, today the service was not good. I literally stood at the counter for about 5-6 minutes while a worker was behind the counter on his phone. He did not look up to even acknowledge that I was standing there. I finally interrupted his texting & asked for service. Not good at all that’s what lunch breaks are for.
Tastes good but price and wait time are ridiculous. 85 bakery handles the same if not more amount of drink orders and gets it out within 5 minutes whereas here even when it’s slow you can be waiting 10-20
