Has to be the worst Boba place I've ever been to. Drinks had no flavor , all milk basically. I'd only go for their korean corn dogs .

Drinks are expensive and no good. My jasmine green milk tea tasted extremely watered down; more watery tasting that tea or milky tasting and I asked for less ice too. Boba is just ok. Mango smoothie was ok, def better than my mt but a lil weird tasting. Sizes are so small and wait is long on weekends. Only thing I liked was the candy fruit. It's not a great value either ($1/fruit), but this is the only place I know that offers it. It's like brulee'd fruit (has that crunchy sugar coating), so if you like that you'll love this! That's the only reason I would come back here.

I had the passion fruit tea with lychee jelly and the half and half corn dog w/sugar (suggested by the staff). The tea was alright, the cord dog was better than expected. It was savory and sweet. Emma took my order and did a wonderful job and gave great recommendations.

I made a Yelp account just to review this store because what I witnessed a few days ago honestly made me feel so bad for what the workers have to deal with on a daily basis. I, myself, have not worked in a 'fast food' environment like that, but my daughter is at her first job and has complained many to me about how customers treat her, I never really believed how bad it was and thought she was exaggerating. Witnessing what I did this Thursday made me realize what workers (and my daughter) go through. When I came to order, it seemed like it was very busy considering how many people were waiting. I waited in line regardless, but then it seemed like there was something going on amongst another customer and the workers. Apparently somebody had mistakenly taken this lady's order and she wanted a refund. The worker looked stressed and she went into the back quickly. And then another worker came out and begun talking to the lady. I really couldn't hear too well about what was going on, but then the lady started raising her voice about how it was their fault and they should check receipts. The worker apologized and admitted it was an honest mistake, but the lady was being a straight Karen about it. I commend the worker on how she handled it because she was a G about it and kept her composure when lecturing the lady about how it was an honest mistake and she should be nicer and empathetic about other people. After the lady left, some guy asked for some water and she went to the back to get some for him. I watched them talk for a little bit about what just happened. The funniest part? Give or take 5 minutes or so for the worker to recover their composure and she took my order like normally. She's a real badass. I feel bad that the worker will receive possible punishment, but as an eye witness, I want to say that worker did nothing wrong and should receive commendation instead of punishment. That lady was being a straight asshole about a honest mistake. I understand and will not undermine my daughter after she tells me about her work. Forreal, fuck that lady.

Wide variety of options when it comes to Milk Teas and smoothies. Quality was fair, somewhat tasteful. The wait time, as advertised on their counter display (10-15 minute wait time) is truthful. In my personal opinion, this does the business harm as they're letting money walk away because of the slowness of the workers. Watching for 20 mins, you can see this location is managed poorly with a lot of youth. Compared to other boba spots, even those that are located inside busy malls, can crank out drinks much quicker, even double/triple the volume than this location could. It's definitely not the volume of customers, although it looks busy in a very tight area with other surrounding businesses near by, it's 100% the workers. Management, I would invite you to review your cameras and spend more time training your team.

Located in Arden Fair MallDrinks were below average. I always love trying a boba spot that I've never tried before. We ordered the almond milk tea with boba as well as a thai tea with boba. It seemed to be busy since a lot of people were waiting on their orders. The cashier was super friendly and let me know about their alternative milk options. However, the drinks were not so great. The almond milk tea tasted super watered down, kinda like when all the ice melts in your boba when you're 2/3 into finishing the drink. It was similar to drinking water with a hint of almond which was unfortunate because almond milk tea is one of the only milk tea flavors I order. The thai tea was average, had a stronger flavor than the almond milk tea but wasn't anything that I would rave about. I probably wouldn't come here again. Maybe I'll try out Onit next door next time!

Drinks are good and prices are appropriate. Thoroughly enjoyed my pistachio smoothie with boba. Service sucks but hey at least the drinks were good and wait time was not so bad.

Trash got charged 10 dollars because there kiosk didn't show the sizes of the drinks and we wanted large and didn't wanna remake then unless we got charged 10 i understand the difference but it wasn't 10 dollar difference for a bigger size and been waiting 45 mins don't recommend

Update: Went last week, and service is still the same...SLOW!!!! Took 20 minutes to get 2 drinks. Management needs to retrain the staff. On a positive note, the drinks I got were good.

Cashier with long hair amd tattoos was standing with his back turned using his cell phone ignoring customers. When he finally acknowledged them, he continued to use his phone. He even got my order incorrect because he was busy taxting in the middle of the order.Tea was good, but not what I ordered.

Go somewhere else. Horrible boba. I ordered 3 boba milk tea's and they were so chalky that we had to throw them away. They tasted like water with too much powder flavor. It was awful. I couldn't even tell if there was actually tea. They make it in the back so you can't see. The boba was soggy, slimy and just gross. I get boba all of the time and will stay far away from this place until they taste test what they are serving!

Not even busy and their service was the slowest. Must have waited 20+ mins for ONE drink. I saw 3 employees which is a lot to make boba drinks. I ordered 1 drink before 2 big groups and I still got my drink after a big group. Seriously? Also, the drink turned out only ok. Not the best milk tea I've had and I won't be coming back. Best to go get your refreshing drinks at Jamba right across the hall.
