Used to love this place but they changed their cup sizes. They are way smaller and they still charge you the same price for less. WOW RIP OFF. And they now charge you to add boba what in the world?!???!

They didn't give us what we ordered and messed up the order then the cup was 7 bucks for a small amount of boba

was directed to the machine to place my order - sat there for 15 mins and asked the girl behind the counter how long my order would take … she apologized and said she’d start making it NOW as their machine does not print tickets. as the only person in the shop at the time, did she assume I did not place an order and was sitting there for free ? drink quality is below average. it took her less than a minute to bring it out after she “started making it”. never returning.

Boba Teas and Coffee has a nice interior decor that creates a welcoming vibe, but that's about the only positive. Customer service was good but the drink was subpar, with underwhelming flavor and quality. Even worse, there were roaches in the restroom—a serious hygiene issue that turned me off completely. Probably wouldn't go back again; 1/5 stars, they need to address the cleanliness pronto.

Used to love this place. Ive been going here for years this past year they fell off badly. Just a bunch young employees who are not competent. I ordered a large drink, which is my usual for years. The lady handed me a small drink. Yet, I was charged for a large. Me thinking they made a simple mistake, I then go back in and say” Hey, I think you gave me a small” Her response: oh yeah, we ran out of larges so I gave you a small with less ice??? So you knew I was charged for a large, but you decided to give me a small and giving me “less ice” that is unacceptable. And it was NOT less ice btw! then last night they gave me a Boba drink with barely any Boba. I probably only ate four Boba’s no lying. I even told the lady that I don’t see any Boba prior to walking out and she said she thinks that is because its “the type of drink I got you cannot see the Boba”, but it’s in there. Ma'am, ive been getting this drink for years! It’s like they gave me a teaspoon of Boba. The staff is lazy they’re ruining this company. Not to mention, it is so filthy in that place. it’s ridiculous. I asked to use the bathroom and it was so nasty. I decided to hold it and their floors are disgusting. Not buying from them again.

0 stars. Avoid this place at all costs. Drinks are pre made and just sit there not refrigerated. Tried their real fruit drink and received it lukewarm with very little ice and it was disgusting. I went back in for a refund or to switch drinks. Was rudely told no refunds and if I wanted another drink I would have to pay for a new one. No manager on site to talk to, no phone number for corporate just a Gmail. Messaged them and haven't received a reply at all. So here you go bober tea! Good customer service means repeat customer service. Your buisness is trash and I will not return. So if you are reading this dont go there it's not worth the disappointment.

I ordered winter melon tea and when I tried it it tasted like jasmine tea.

Randy was the best the service was great randy was so welcoming and friendly the place was so clean the drink was so good and their doughnuts OMG! The best place to come get doughnuts and drinks ❤️

Good Boba, Fast wait times, Good vibes. Overall a good place to come to. Only thing is, Size and ice levels are not pickable
