Stumbled in post‑workout hoping for a refreshing pick‑me‑up and went with the brown sugar matcha latte. It came out sort of chalky and not very pleasant. At $9, it felt like a premium price for a very mediocre drink. To make it worse, there’s no real seating if you want to stay, and the parking situation is a pain — hard to find and not worth the hassle.
It’s been over a year since I’ve been to a Bober location, and this visit reminded me why. Next time, I’ll save a few bucks and just grab a soft drink at McDonald's.

I'm obsessed with Bober Tea & Coffee in downtown! ☕️ This hidden gem serves up an incredible experience that will keep me coming back for more!
The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, perfect for a relaxing break from the hustle and bustle. But what truly sets Bober apart is the exceptional service from the friendly staff! Alex, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcome and satisfied. His great customer service and infectious good cheer made my visit even more enjoyable!
Now, onto the main event - the drinks! 🤩 I tried the Vietnamese coffee and Bobo tea infusions, and both were incredibly good! The flavors were rich and well-balanced, and the presentation was Instagram-worthy. I'm still dreaming about that delicious coffee... ☕️
If you're a coffee or tea lover, do yourself a favor and visit Bober Tea & Coffee. Trust me, you won't be disappointed! 💯

Everytime when we say less ice, they just add more and more and won't even listen to customer concerns at all which is like very very bad. I personally prefer they won't even give respect at all. Especially the girl working there is yelling and have no response at all.
The service and drinks are good always on point but let’s talk about how hot this place is! The owner has these two poor girls working they’re butt off with no fans no Ac I felt sorry for the employees i was literally there for 5 min and I was melting poor workers! ?
Don't bother trying to come during the last hour. They'll close early or tell you the kitchen is closed.

Did 0% Chizu Black Tea, baristas made a mistake without chizu, after fixing it, the cheese was just sprinkled on, they were cheap with the cheese, drinks came out bland, only probably 5% of the normal cheese amount. Normally love bober tea as we’re from the bay, bober tea is also usually very viet owned but tastes here were sort of off. One top of that bathroom was employees only, uncommon unlike other locations (my grandma desperately needed to use the restroom). Also gave off mean girl vibes. Baristas also said sorry quite passive aggressively among me just politely telling them their mistake, when the tea came back it seems it was diluted, now at dark as it came out, tea was diluted as well, and again with just a minimal amount of cheese. 3/10/24

Cute little place with swings and a pretty floral backdrop. The drinks were pretty standard. They DON’T accept cash so bring your debit/credit card. Also if you give them a Yelp review they give you a free straw, but I don’t care for Yelp. Asked them if I can give them a google review instead but she said no. Oh well, it’s only a straw. Overall the customer service was nice. Parking was a pain. I got 2 small drinks and a donut for around $20.
