the drinks are super expensive for basically a cup of ice and ordering is very confusing and complicated.

Not very customer service oriented and drinks are average and over priced

It’s a great place , pretty but too much ice in the drink 2 sips later the drink is gone and boba is trapped in the ice unable to get.

Idk 🤷‍♂️ how people are coming here…

Today I come here they put so much ice I barely had 5 sips of my drink before it was gone. For a $7 drink I should be getting more than 5 sips. There's also no option for less ice so they can put as much ice as they desire you guys have to make sure before you guys open it check the ice how much ice they gonna add for you and they don’t remake for you even is there’s fault 🫤🤥

Ordered a Chizu Taro Latte, that was 75% filled up with ice… I always go to the other location on Florin Road and they put 50% ice… talked to the employee and she says unfortunately that’s how we make it… not coming back to this location again.

Kid-friendliness: The interior is decorated with pink flowers covering all the walls, a pink phone booth, a carousel horse and hot air balloon. So very fun!

Came here after a terrible dental appointment, beautiful place!! Employees are friendly and helpful, super fast and efficient. Love all the photo spots. Must try if in the area

Daughter and I took grand daughter here after school as a treat for a reward. I didn’t eat here but the Boba was good with doughnuts (edible butterflies)

It's always a good place for my coworkers and I to come and enjoy a drink or two after work. I always try to get the plushie cups and see what I get tho lol. Overall I like it. Came and tried the food and it was good too.
