So having watched numerous kdramas snd frequently seeing characters feasting on Korean fried chicken, I was pleased to see Bonchon Korean fried chicken in my neighborhood. I love fried chicken 🐔 n general, and thought what could possibly be different about the Korean version ? Well, the crust is thinner, crunchier and so tasty, plus the assortment of sauces snd heat levels means lots of choices. What a pleasant surprise. AND when I told the person who took our order at the counter that this was our first time, she took us under her wing and walked us through all the ins and outs. I can’t recall being so well taken care of. AND when we got our order including our first bottle of soju, another counter person came out with little condiment cups so that we could mimic the shot drinking from kdramas. What a treat from start to finish. So friendly and helpful and absolutely delicious. This will be our go-to after a movie theater nearby.

35min wait for a 15 pc mixed fried chicken, no apologies, everyone else got their orders before me but i placed it first. will not recommen. 0/10
Food is decent. Ordered a mixed chicken box half spicy half regular crispy. Also ordered Korean donuts. The donuts were the highlight of my order. Hot, fresh, soft pillowy on the inside and dusted with cinnamon sugar. Soooo gooood.

Order 20 pieces wings of half & half (no drumsticks) for takeout. Got mostly drumsticks. Side note they give one tiny side to go with medium sized wing order. I like chicken but damn some variety would be nice!

Food was delicious after so long we had this well cooked food. food was spicy, the coleslaw was creamy The tacos was sweet at the first bite and spicy kick in, It was really good combination. chicken fried rice was spicy with sticky rice Very tasty. Will definitely buy it again.

This is the best location! The friends rice is not the same at the elk grove or natomas locations. I will drive all the way to the Ethan location wheni live5 minutes from the Elk Grove one. The rice is bland everywhere else but here
