I had a great experience at Bonchon Natomas! The food was delicious, especially the fried chicken, which was packed with flavor. The service was excellent—staff was friendly and attentive, making sure everything was perfect. The atmosphere was also great, with a clean and inviting space that made the meal even more enjoyable. Definitely a place I’d recommend for anyone craving some amazing Korean fried chicken

Find another location or restaurant altogether. They don't know their own menu. They have messed up my order more than twice and today was their 3rd strike. I will eat somewhere else.
I'm not returning 30 minutes and 30 mins back to get what you were supposed to give me in the first place.
Worst service ever. I will be speaking about this experience for the next 20 years.

The chicken and potstickers were excellent. The portion sizes were generous. People should check this place out.

The wings were fantastic! Even tho I got them on my way back from Sac heading an hour away, the wings held up just fine! I'll go back

What happened to the chicken strips?? I know the Bonchon in Arden went down the road to perdition and started offering these bready crumbly strips a long while back. I was so pumped that the Natomas location hadn't changed but last time I went they had started offering these pre-frozen style strips. If I wanted that style I woulda gone to jack in the box.

Had there wings honestly some of the best wings I’ve had and they’re Korean donuts were warm like if they just made it super good food and well worth the price.
