The restaurant was clean and neat. Plenty of tables available. The menu isn't massive but the items were available with a number of sauces. Three of us had 10 strips, house rice and potstickers. Plenty take home at a very reasonable price.

After all the years of seeing people ordering from here and not giving it a chance I took the leap and I’m kicking myself for not getting it sooner. The drums, wings and fries are amazing. I got the soy garlic and hot flavors, we’ve ordered it 3 times now and ate there once in the past 3 weeks. It hits every single time. They also have the best ranch I’ve ever had. Can’t wait to branch out and try other things.

This is probably a family business, I love how they always give me a good vibes here. My coworker told me about their family meal I got the 6-8 meal for about 70$ for my fam still have left over for my lunch :))

I love bon chon but this location is horrible. Stay away. We ordered soy garlic wings and it tasted like it was drenched in soy sauce . It was salty and nasty. The manager told us all Bon chons have changed the recipe which I knew was a lie. The size of the boneless wings were tiny. The kimchi rice I ordered has barely any meat on it. After bringing this up to the manager he offered no help or resolution. Overall a terrible experience. Will never return to this location .

DANNY was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The customer service was rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. The quality of the service/product was terrible — nothing like what was promised. On top of that, they showed no accountability when I brought up the issues, which made it even more frustrating. I left feeling like my time and money were completely wasted. I would never recommend this place to anyone

Absolutely terrible customer service. Danny at the front desk is completely unprofessional and argued with me over something as small as a ranch cup which I had already PAID for on DoorDash. This isn’t the first time they’ve messed up my order, and instead of fixing their mistake, they tried to argue with me. Pathetic service and zero respect for customers. Save yourself the headache and avoid this place at all costs.

I order Bonchon at least 3 to 4 times a month so when a mistake was made today, (there’s no sauce on my soy garlic wings) I brought it to the attention of the location and I was told that that’s just how they make it now. That is absolutely not true, I literally had them a week ago and they were fully sauced. They also told me it’s because people have complained about it being too salty. That did not make sense because of the chicken legs were fully sauced, but the wings weren’t?! They’re the same flavor.! Instead of taking accountability, they just made an excuse about a mistake that could’ve been easily fixed. I don’t see myself returning to this location.
