Drove 23 minutes to get there after on the app says they were open only to get there and it was CLOSED/EMPTY. With just a paper on the food sign saying what they were out of. Needs to update their site so others don't drive out their way to find it closed down. Such a let down ??♀️

Boston was my favorite place to go, I drove from Stockton to Sac just for Boston Market, They are out of 50% of foods, The service I received was rude and unfriendly, The foods we loved is not even on the menu anymore, I asked the rude girl at the drive through. IF they were going out of business, She said , Not that I know of, Either fix these issues OR CLOSE IT DOWN, Your food isnt even good anymore, Ordered a chicken Carver Sandwich, Wasnt good, the bread they use now is ridiculous, More bread than Chicken, Its just a big loaf of French Bread, Not even Cut....Get it together....I will not go back...your losing customers!!!

It's May 2023 and we are witnessing the end of an era for so many of our favorite retail stores and restaurants...this is just the beginning folks. Boston Market is no different. I was actually surprised to stumble upon a Boston Market that was actually still in business. Well...this location is still open...but it is surely showing signs that it has jumped the shark.I pulled in to get some dinner for Sunday evening. Immediately noticed no one in the drive-thru, and no cars parked. I thought it was closed. I pull up to the drive thru window and there is a sign that is listing all of the items they don't have. It was pretty much 50 percent of the menu.I ordered the meatloaf and mashed potatoes for my meal. I wanted Mac and cheese but they were out of that too so I ordered double mashed potatoes. This meal was $15...and they couldn't even be bothered to heat up my roll that came with it...felt like they just pulled it out of the fridge and stuck it in my bag. The dinner was very yummy though. Boston Market used to be one of my favorite chains when it was in its prime. I am not of fan of paying $15 for a small meatloaf meal with no drink included and a cold bread roll...so to me its not worth it anymore...prices are only headed up, and our supply chain getting squeezed tighter. Sadly like so many restaurants post covid and in our apocalyptic inflation fested economy...I don't see them being around too much longer.

Website says your location closes at 9. I placed an online order to pick up. When I got there you were closed and closed at 8. Since I placed the order online my bamk account was charged $31 and did not receive our order. How can you charge someone for goods not received?

The food was disgusting. I'm being polite. A dog wouldn't eat it. He'll I don't know how I could eat one bite. Don't waste your money cardboard is better tasting. I'm not kidding. That food is going to give me nightmares for weeks!Parking: It was empty. The main clue that the food is bad.

The chicken is decent - a bit dry but the flavor is good. Mashed potatoes and corn were real good. The half chicken meal is enough to feed one hungry person for lunch. At $16 the value isn't great, but the food is pretty good

We used to have Boston Market in Stockton years ago. First time I had been here in over 20 years and it was just as good as ever as I remember it. Good home cooked style meals. Rotisserie chicken was delicious as were the sides

horrible food the customer service was terrible i was starving after a long day and wanted some good food i ordered a chicken sandwich and the food was poorly distributed, not cooked all the way through, and tasted awful. the customer service was also horrible when i asked what the sides were and got yelled at and told to look at the third panel. the food tastes frozen and looks the part as well. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!
Thank you to the young adults providing service today 1/28/23 @ around 7 pm. Best service I've had in a Boston Market period. The place looks old but those kids definitely provided great service and didn't forget anything I ordered. Once home everything taste delicious Thank you sooo much.

Our family enjoyed the good flavor of the Fair Oaks Blvd.'s chicken. . .very moist, too ? Apple Pie was light and yummy! Staff was very friendly and efficient. Many thanks for another nice experience ?

First of all.... YOU MANAGER!!. STOP reprimanding your employees in front of your customers!! It was very unprofessional to scream at the young man to stop cleaning up because you hadnt closed yet. It was Christmas Eve and I was the only one left about 15 mins to closing. He made a comment and you sent him home. Listen manager ...You are not on a plantation, and this young man was not your servant even thoigh you treated him as such. Maybe spend more time checking your food. The gravy was a big swamp of grease no flavor, the chicken was pink inside so i had to microwave it,the stuffing was mixed together but not baked or cooked ..hard croutons!!. Get back to making good food and treat people good. Youll surely get a better performance out of them.(By the way, my camera makes the food look good! Lol)

i was always a fan of boston market but the food here - which cost me $15 for an individual meal - tasted old and dry snd was inedible. i fed the chicken to my dogs ?. never again. guess the workers here dont care about their jobs. i predict it closes soon. .

This is outrageous I placed a catering order from this company on a Monday for our business meeting on Wednesday and they are over 2 hours late delivering our order. The sales rep that helped was very nice and helpful but just being late like this we will jot order from them again
