I came in at about 11:40 on MLK day. We were walking by and 4 of our kiddos needed to use the restroom, I let her know I would buy a matcha or something. From the start she was extremely rude and uninviting and unhelpful. Would not come back, and I work down the street, could have been my new go to coffee shop.

i was really excited to get the matcha but it was really overpriced ($9), so i didn't buy it and decided to get a pumpkin spice latte but they up charged a dollar for oatmilk, making it 8 dollars. in the end the robot didn't even make my drink and it was water downed.

What a mess, everybody comes for the robot but the robot does not make the right drink. And can only make about 1/4 of the drinks available. Everything else the staff makes. The guy at the counter did his best!
