Bradshaw's Sandwich Shoppe

Went here for the first time this afternoon. When I saw the menu, I looked for my favorite sandwich, which is a veggie. I was so disappointed that their large-size veggie is almost $20! It’s $18 for a large vegetable sandwich. I ordered a medium-size one. At the sandwich place I normally go to, they offer Italian meats and I usually add capicola (Italian ham) to my veggie sandwich. This place doesn’t have anything but chicken, ham, salami or brisket—no Italian hams.

More disappointments came when I got my sandwich. Now, I ordered a veggie sandwich, right? When I got it, it was very warm, almost hot to the touch! Who wants their veggie sandwiches hot! Found out they automatically toast the bread on all their sandwiches without asking. Since veggie sandwiches normally aren’t warm, I would have appreciated if they’d at least asked me if I would still like the bread toasted, especially since I told them I’m new to their place. When I got the sandwich I asked if they toast the bread on all their sandwiches, and the young lady behind the counter said yes. I told her I do not like the bread of my sandwiches toasted. She just apologized, didn’t offer to make another sandwich for me. Not very good customer service.

And I didn’t know they put olives in their sandwiches. I don’t like olives and mine was loaded with them. So, not returning to this funny place, unless I want a hot sandwich.

They make the best sandwiches thay I have had in the sacramento area. They are pricey if you order online delivery. The sourdough bread however is delicious and makes the food great.

Good sandwiches. Service was lacking, 3 workers in the back so we ordered at the kiosk. Took some time for our sandwiches to be made. Facility was clean and also shared bathrooms with gas station next door.

Got the italian and chicken bacon ranch on dutch crunch. Both sandwiches were god but the Italian sandwich is the best I have ever had, and I’ve tried many Italian sandwiches from different places, I will be back to try the california club and the bradshaw sub soon!

This place surprised me! The amount of meat we got on the California Club was very generous. The bread was very toasty.
