Best Italian Sandwich I've had in California. Premium meat, cheese, bread and produce. The attention to detail is definitely noticed. Each bite had the perfect crunch to the bread, the right amount of meat, cheese and the produce, especially the tomato's were great! I'm a stickler for tomato's and they put very nice slices of tomato on all drizzled with balsamic and the right dash of oregano, can't tell you how rare this is. Great staff, good vibe. The owner is really hands on and cares about your feedback. A+ Prices are more than fare considering the quality Must visit

Man if you haven't stopped here, do your self a favor and thank me in advance. Crispy yet delicate sourdough and the sandwich and soup combo. You can't go wrong. Close your eyes and pick and you won't get wronged. It's just that damn good.

Great food, fast service through postmates. However, their prices for their pasta and potato salads are pretty high for what you get, and they're kind of bland. Otherwise, I like this local sandwich shop!

Bomb sandwiches and friendly staff. My favorite sandwich spot since I moved to the area.

Outstanding subs and service! Pastrami actually had a good amount of meet so I was impressed. Taking the motorcycle safety course so the instructor highly recommended this place.

Highly recommended to us, we finally stopped in last month to give this sandwich shop a try. We enjoyed the sandwich, drinks, and sides we ordered and noticed that the store is well run, staffed with friendly people, and has a quick turn around from order to delivery of food.

Great sandwiches. Attached to a gas station and my expectations weren't super high, it ended up being quite tasty and I will definitely go back.

BEST SANDWICH IN ALLLL of SACRAMENTO no questions asked! The staff is super cheerful and upbeat all the time!! Some might complain about the wait, but the wait is worth every single minute !

We stopped in around 10 am on a Friday. We were greeted right away and ordered the Bradshaw and the tuna. The tuna was so good, the aioli dressing and the bread was amazing. The Bradshaw was full of meat but not too much. The French roll was fresh and very tasty. We will definitely be back to try more sandwiches.

The. Dutch. Crunch. Bread. Here. *clap clap* Goldilocks-tier: fluffy-spongy and actually has audible crispiness to it buuuuut not so much that the bread is a roof-of-mouth killer. Can I end the review here? Lol fine fine..... --------------- Pulled pork sandwich: *flavor bomb*! I don't remember the last time I tried such a tasty sandwich (it was my sister's order so I had to try really hard not to devour it all ahaha). Tender pork. Amazingly tangy bread & butter pickles. California club sandwich: a bit more light in flavor compared to the pulled pork sandwich. Didn't get much of a taste from the turkey. Hmm, I'd say that this sandwich is just a pretty safe choice. Better get the Dutch crunch bread though if you're getting this!! Tomato bisque: smooth and bold tomato taste. It complemented well with the California club actually. Soothing especially on a rainy day. Chocolate chip cookie: okay, the cookies here are ginormous! Pretty soft cookie. Average taste. In a way it reminds me of a Chips Ahoy cookie (the chewy kind) but magnified, like, 5 times lol. I'd say it's worth a try if you want a cookie treat with your sandwich. Oatmeal raisin cookie: same size as the chocolate chip one. Also pretty standard in taste. --------------- The sandwich shop is connected to the Shell gas station here but it has its own front doors and dedicated seating area. Very chill hangout vibes here. Looks like there are recurring customers (and for good reason!). Friendly staff and they all seemed productive trying to fulfill the constant flow of in-house and online orders. Overall one of the better sandwich shops that I've tried in Sac for sure. If you're craving for a sub sandwich I strongly recommend heading here!
