Arrived just before closing and ordered 3 al pastor tacos and al pastor super burrito. My wife took a bite into a taco and found a soda tab in the meat! It was clearly cooked with the meat together as you can see in the picture. How would one not see this when cooking or plating the order? The worst part was when I went back to the drive through the staff, particularly the female pictured had a terrible attitude and didn't even apologize or offer to remake the order( not that I would have wanted this). I Asked for a refund and returned all the food and drinks. I've dealt with sub-par customer service previously but never like this. I would suggest avoiding this spot and if you do double check your food! Never again!

I ordered half order of asada fries, 3 churros, 1 pozole, a super burrito, two horchatas.The fries in the asada fries were not cooked all the way. The potato was a bit raw. The Asada fries were mediocre at best. I couldn’t finish it. The churro was super sweet. Maybe over sugared. The pozole was pretty good. I only tasted it a little. The horchata was satisfying. I finished it before I got back home. We’ll see what my hubby says about the super burrito.

The most disappointing Carne Asada Burrito I've had. Just look at the picture! You have lotsa beans, rice, cilantro and onion, but where is the beef! The chorizo breakfast burrito was less then average, and for that reason, first and last visit to Bravo's. They were also out of Menudo at 11 am...sad. I went through drive thru

Food is good here when they get your order correct, but there was one old lady worker who was rude and did not hand us all of our food, and didnt even say anything that there was one bag left after I said thank you for both bags. Service seems to have gone down unfortunately. We had to drive to come back just for the one forgetten item and they were rude about it.

Great food but on the pricy side it's allittle rich for my blood but service was fast and friendly plus was excellent.
Yesterday it was a rainy day and I wanted the noodle. I stopped at Bravo's. Bravo's was okay. The color cut a** if I wanted coffee. And I said yes. and I didn't get that. the second thing there's no harmony in the maneuver at all. It was tasty but still missing some meat.

This place of business only get a 1 star because I order my husband a grill chicken burrito and when I got home it wasn’t a grill chicken burritos it looked like cow tongue meat.He called the restaurant and the manager refuse to fix the order due to him not wanting to drive back to the restaurant right away.He did inform them that he was on his way to work and couldn’t make it back up there for them to fix his orders.The lady took his name and order receipt number down for the manager to know about his order wasn’t correctly.The next day my husband called about his order and the manager refuse to fix his order.But they dame sure took his money?
