This was the most flavorful and tender brisket I’ve had in California! It is delicious! The baked beans were on point too! On top of that, the service is great… I definitely recommend this to anyone

Since moving to Elk Grove ,we’ve tried some good spots — but Gregory’s brisket is on another level. I didn’t realize he operates as a pop-up when I ordered, but after a quick call, he let me know he was prepping for a catered event and still made time to personally meet us and deliver two pounds of absolutely incredible brisket. Amazing customer service, true professionalism, and hands down some of the best brisket we’ve ever had. Please support this business — you won’t regret it!

2nd Time utilizing Brisket Daddy. First time was the Brisket. It was so good I had to try the pork ribs. Having a potluck at work was the perfect time to try them out and get others opinions. They was delivered on time and delicious. Perfect smoke flavor and bite. They was the first dish that was gone. Rest assured, there will be a third time.

I highly recommend brisket daddy! Bruh there is a reason they call it brisket Daddy it's because the title is authentic. The brisket is so tender it just melts in your mouth. Not to mention Greg the owner is ultra accommodating and exstreamly kind. A true legend 👏 So what are you waiting for call this man to get your order in I promise you won't regret it! We had brisket daddy at Henry’s lounge off O st. It was excellent! We first ordered the brisket nachos followed by the pork belly ends and a side of fires. The food came out delicious and quickly. It was a seriously cool surprise as we weren’t expecting anything above bar style food, so this was above and beyond. The icing on the cake (hehe punny?) was the smoked ice cream along with their chocolate chip cookies. I’ve never had smoked ice cream before- it was so reminiscent of s’mores! And we got a lovely visit to our table by the BRISKET DADDY HIMSELF. Seriously loved this experience it was so good!
