Leo welcomed my friend and I very warmly. He walked us through some tea education and we had a good time and great conversations. Business owner is community oriented. I have been here before as well and the food was delicious. Everything is from farm to fork, literally. Will definitely come back, blessings Leo!

Gave me weird looks when I came in there and then served literally everyone except me.I waited more than 40minutes on a 15min order.I know when im being treated dismissively. I will not be returning, or using this space for business.I miss when this business had prior ownership. Now I just feel people like me aren't welcome. Hate gentrification. Also very over-priced.

This place is for darn sure NOT CLOSED. Whilst cruising by in Oak Park, I saw this place OPEN. Seriously. I try to support small businesses, but when I came by this place on two different occasions, they were closed. I don't know what happened, but on my Apple Maps, it's says this place opens at 6am and closes at 6pm. On a different occasion, it was 1pm when I drove by. I accepted it and hoped there would be another time. A person came out and told me they closed by 1. They could at least update their hours on Yelp or Maps. Then on a second occasion (which was a few weeks later), I drove by when it was 12pm, making sure to catch it in time before they closed. Unfortunately, they were closed. I ultimately gave up. Now, just today, it's OPEN! I didn't go inside because I really just gave up and I didn't think it was really worth it to try it a 3rd time. I have my limits when it comes to supporting small businesses. At least, the kindest thing they could do for themselves is update their Yelp and their Maps. Don't fool everyone out here and make them waste their time. I really wish I'd rate this place 0 stars just for being inconsistent, but Yelp forces me to give a 1 generous star.

Chill vibe. Excellent people knowledgeable and helpful. Place was clean and relaxing able to get homework done and their vegan potato deal was amazing.

I went there this past Sunday and the OPEN sign was on but the door was locked. So I walked to the side and 3 guys were watching the 49ers play. And I knocked on the window and they refused to look at me or open the door. My first visit here and will never go here again! Football over coffee....I guess lol

This place is pure magic and neighborhood love. I was initially drawn in by the art at the entrance but I stayed for the delicious drinks, amazing customer service, and good vibes all around. They have an impressive tea selection and the poetry nights and music jams that are advertised there seem worth checking out too. Overall, Broadway Coffee feels like home. You can't beat the unpretentious and kind atmosphere there, and I can't wait to come back again soon.
