Extremely disappointing. We stopped by this morning. We ordered an Apple Fritter and a Crumb Bear Claw. That's when the first red flag popped up. $8 bucks for 2 donuts.When we got home a few blocks away. The Apple Fritter was hard and stale. My lady friend had to put it in the microwave to try and soften it up to eat. After taking a few bites. She threw it in the garbageThe Crumb Bear Claw was not any better. The center filling was the same as the Apple Friiter. Instead of a cinnamon / sugar mix normally found in a Bear Claw. It was also stale. So I just threw it in the trash also.A total waste of time, energy and $8 dollars. We learned our lesson and will not return.

Delicious donuts and they have some cute little goodies for sale inside, crystals, purses, earrings, knitted plants. Family that runs it lives directly behind the building so sometimes they're not there lol but never too long . Don't have any pics , I get nervous fast

Ordered a few dozen each of donuts and donut holes Saturday afternoon for pick up on Sunday morning. They had my order ready and waiting for pickup! The store was full of donuts and cute little tchotchkes. Next time I'll spend some more time and browse. Will definitely be a repeat customer :)

Just spoke to someone on the phone she was very rude I have an order with the pick up widow being 1:30 I asked her if it would be okay to be 10 mins late considering they do not close until 2:00 she told me no she would not wait their costumer service is trash

Delicious donuts, BUT I really wish they were more clean. Saw the person behind the counter wipe their nose while helping with my order. :( They were not wearing gloves/mask then acted like nothing happened. I didn't say anything in the moment since a few customers were around, but I lost my appetite. It's really hard to write this review since my family has been coming here for many years. I hope they read this.

Ok. So let me set the scene. It's 6AM and I want to get some donuts quickly as I travel from RC to Natomas. I am only searching for location close to the freeway and a place that is open. I settle on Broadway Donuts, call ahead and order 2 dozen donuts for pickup. I plan on swooping in, paying, and getting on with my long day. I walk in, my donuts are waiting for me to pay and walk away with them, but I look around I am done for. It looks like someone broke into my Etsy favorite items list and stored them at the donut store! Next thing I know I am letting 5 customers ahead of me as I peruse earrings and necklaces and figurines and ADORABLE stickers. 20 minutes later I leave with my donuts and a pair of earrings and 6 stickers. I could easily have left with more but I was trying to exercise self control. I gave the donuts as a gift and received feedback they were delicious. The earrings were comfortable and I still love them even after having some coffee this morning. So, yeah. I think you should check out Broadway Donuts. But be prepared to come home with some other adorable homemade items too!

Best donut shop in Sacramento the owners go above and beyond. Joe and Nyka are wonderful people, she also have the most amazing Gift Shop inside of the shop, you can shop socialize and enjoy delish treats! Highly recommend coming here.

Nice donuts but regrettably I lost my iPad there and the management was not helpful at all. I was told that their cameras were not working which was odd. I guess if it was a burglary and their stuff got stolen, the camera would definitely work. For me, I regret going in there and losing my item.
