Portion size is laughable. Ordered a 7inch steak and bacon and this was what I received. Never again.

I went in there yesterday I live close by been wanting to try I got a large Philly steak sandwich and fries they put mayo on my sandwich and I told the girl I wanted plain just pepper and onion the fries was burnt hard as a rock I waisted 22 dollars I didn’t enjoy at all the girl had a attitude and was rude I’ll never go back and won’t recommend nobody there

It was basically processed cheese and bread hardly any meat at all.

Still great sandwiches and service, but they used to have the best selection of sodas in town and now it is just a humdrum Coke selection. I miss IBC, RC Cola and Fresca. So sad, time marches on.

(Update at bottom) Try it. The food was yummy. Flavors were on point. I got the Chicken Walnut Salad to share but ended up eating it all to myself! It was delicious! The staff was so nice, even offering to hold my 9 month old, so sweet. The service was amazing, food amazing!
Update 6/25 went back for lunch while I was in town, again I ordered the Chicken Walnut Sslad and there was only 5 pieces of chicken in it. I was bummed out for sure. If I’m buying a $15 salad 5 pieces of chicken is not worth it. I lowered my rating from 5 stars to 3.

I was starving and I wanted the taste of a Philadelphia cheesesteak. It was cooked to perfection with provolone cheese and a side of french fries. Service was really quick and the staff was very friendly. I would highly recommend Bruchi's.

This is the second order in a row that my order has been messed up. And now I can’t even call the store to talk to someone about it. Bruchi’s was always great. Lately, not so much. They are about to lose a frequent customer.
