We were at a summer event and this food truck was behind where we were sitting. After hours gone by, a worker came out and offered my dad a free waffle cone, all because he said he could tell that he is a good man. Out of pure kindness he gave us a free waffle cone that costs like $13 a pop! (Also it’s a pretty darn good waffle ice cream cone!) Highly recommend this food truck if you’re looking for delicious dessert with generous employees.

I just paid $17 for a bubble cone at the Food Truck Sacto Mofo event at Rosemont Community Park and it was a waste of money. Not only was it terrible service, no smiles no hello, no nothing there was something about that caramel sauce or something they made the waffle cones with that did not taste right. It had a funny taste I can’t put my finger on. The vanilla ice cream was ok and the fruit after I pushed the caramel sauce off but all in all my 5 year old didn’t even want any.

Absolutely overpriced for what you get... Stale waffle and instant mac n cheese.. I would've even let my dog eat that. $20 and I didn't even get the toppings..

Tried this spot during a food truck event and it totally hit the spot. I went for one of their loaded bubble waffle cones and it was stacked with ice cream, whipped cream, toppings, and sauces all perfectly balanced without going overboard. The waffle was warm and soft but still had that little crisp on the outside that made each bite fire. Flavor combos were creative but not too crazy, and everything tasted fresh. The folks working the truck were chill and moved quick even with a line. If you catch The Bubble Hive around Sac, do not skip it. Perfect dessert after a long day in the heat.

O m g! They precooked their waffle so its not fresh or crunchy. That's why it got it made in 30 seconds. All they had to do was scoop the ice cream in it. Terrible, you had one job and your whole truck is literally called bubble yet you can't even make it correct. Have you even tried to taste your own crap that you made? Sorry but $15 for stale crap yall

This was a food trunk we tried at the Enchant Lights at PayPal Park. It was interesting to eat dessert and food in a waffle. The ice cream was creamy. My daughter liked the Mac n cheese. The waffle was made like a bee hive but it was not good.
Only two people working a big event. There was no line, and I ordered right away. 15 minutes went by with no food. No updates. I ended up walking away. Terrible service.

We got a savory siracha ranch cone at the imaginarium light show at Cal expo and it was delicious! The waffle was soft and flavorful and the chicken was hot and delicious perfect combination of sweet and savory!
