I wish i still had pics of the chicken wings we ordered! It looked delicious when served but it was TOO SALTY!🤦🏽‍♀️ never again

Food was ok but service was not. Our waitress kept disappearing so it took us over 2 hours to complete our meal. She failed to check on us. We actually would have spent more money there, but evidently she had better things to do than take additional orders from us. I am wondering what is going on in the kitchen that is more important than the customers. At one point I went up to the bar to order another drink but both bartenders disappeared to the back too. Hope corporate reads this as they need to know they are losing out on additional sales.

Places a order online (1st time at this location) ordered said will be done at 6:30 but it was 6:55 so I asked the host to check on my order she ignored me and proceeded to attend other people in line . Asked her for the second time since my son was crying ( she said just a minute) proceeded again to attend other people behind me in line (3rd time I got mad and asked her who I can speak to ) she apologized and said she was trying to get people out of her way (ok I was waiting before those people and my ordered is delay ,25 mins !!! I spoke to the manager about it seem like he did not care employees act this way toward costumers!!! (Manager said : I will check on your order) left and extra 5mins later my order came out . Another kind host explained that they meet up my order so they had to redone the order . Could’ve just explained that since the beginning instead of ignoring me

worst customer service, after walking in we waited awhile for someone to approach us at the front while multiple workers passed right by us. Once someone approached us we were then told to wait 10 minutes and even after more than 10 minutes passed no one came back to get us or let us know if it would be longer. Also it wasn’t packed at all. We left disappointed, Buffalo Wild Wings is our place to go, but will definitely not come back to the one in Sacramento.

The Pick 6 for $19.99 was the only reasonable option on the menu as it came with 2 entrees, 2 fries and 2 drinks. We got the 6 traditional, 10 boneless, 2 wedges and 2 drinks. Also ordered some mozzarella sticks. None of our food was hot, mozzarella sticks were the exception. It was luke warm, like it had been sitting or wasn't cooked fresh. Very disappointed. I had a gift card but I don't see myself going back as the prices of their wings and most other menu items are absurd.

I found a bug in my water, and the manager made me feel like i was unimportant. When I reported it to him.

Worst service ever. No one working. Food was cold as it came out did’t even get our meals together. So bad we watched two families walk out cause they couldn’t get seated. Just awful. There was only 8 tables seated at the time so they were not busy.

Ordered takeout here and arrived to pick it up and food was not ready even after 20 minutes of waiting. They also could not tell me how much longer it would be. They said the kitchen was short on staff. There were 4 people there for pick up and everyone had been waiting for at least 20-30 min past their pick-up time. They were also turning people away because the wait was up to 1jr 30 min. Service is always slow here and they mess up the order frequently. Ended up asking for a refund.

Made an order at BWW at 6:10 pm online. It said it would be ready at 7. We got there and waited twenty minutes only to leave with no food due to their terribly slow service. While inside waiting, people were being turned away and no one at the tables had food due to being “short staffed.” Terrible. Everyone knew for months the fight was tonight be they were still unprepared. This place needs new management as they consistently mess up orders and have excessively slow service. May be the last time I ever visit due to their ineptness.
