I came here with some of the friends, walked in and waited for 20 minutes for someone to say something, they finally saw us and said "sit at the bar and we I'll get you something". We waited for another 20 mins, and still nothing, we just got up and left.

Showed up at 4pm and sat in the bar. Got ignored for 10 minutes buy the guy working in the bar. He didn’t even acknowledge us. When we left there was a bunch of people standing in the front waiting for some help also getting ignored. This is very poor customer service.

I would rate this place a 0 if i could. Went there with 2 others. Experienced horrible service. Got there, no greeting or anything. After a long wait, the receptionist finally acknowledged us and put our name on the list and was told it would be a 15 minute wait. Proceeded to wait a solid 30-45 minutes before we realized we could sit at the bar so we decided to do that. Sat down. Again, no greeting or acknowledgment from the waitress. Had to order from the QR code because the waitress took too long. Finally got our food. Had to ask multiple times for ranch and ketchup and she never brought it. Food was cold and not that good. Received separate checks despite asking our waitress to combine them. One person paid for all 3 orders. About half an hour later all 3 of us were charged AGAIN. Two of us tried calling 6 or 7 times each. Nobody ever answered and there were a few hangups. Will never eat here again.

Went tonight for a party of 3 and it wasn't busy. Saw the receptionist four times in 45 minutes and was finally greeted and then promptly ignored. Went to seat ourselves after being tired of waiting. Ordered through the QR code and had nothing but long waits and was forgotten about by Natalie for every item we asked for. Finally received our three separate checks and asked for them all on one. Paid and left and then saw all three of us were double charged again. Called and was hung up on. Won't return.

Giving two stars because I'm feeling generous. Forty minutes wait for an order of wings and a Mac and cheese! Have you seen those lime pepper frozen wings from Costco...buy those...you will save yourself the disappointment of going to this place and your wings will be much better. The wait for a table was another 45 minutes. Definitely not going back.

Every time we come here (we don't come too often) they never have our orders ready, make us wait 30 min after pick up time. You would think because they had extra time to get our order ready it would at least be correct right? Guess again, missing fries, veggies and ranch. Call to speak to the manager because I'm not going back just for fries and veggies, well I always have to wait 15 min or more or they tell me I have to wait until later to speak to a manager because they are too busy right now. Now I get that they get busy during special events, but there is no reason why the customers should pay for their mistakes over and over again... definitely never coming back here again.

Placed an order TWO hours in advance, showed up and waited over an hour. In the end didn’t even receive the food. I get it was Super Bowl day but there’s not a single good enough reason why a medium sized order took that long.

I made an online order and went to pickup only to return home and find I was missing an order of fries, multiple ranch sauces that were included in the order, and also no celery and carrots. These were the most boring wings without the ranch or produce. I was told that the celery and carrots have to be specifically requested which they were, the fries were given to another order, and they didn’t have a reason for the ranch sauces. The people were friendly but for $50 I got slapped by this business for sure.
