What they are doing is a great idea, however, there are some flaws. First, the items in the buffet are need to be labeled. It's too much of a hassle to call someone over to ask what something is, and if you don't like what you choose because it's not labeled, then you won't eat it and the food is wasted. Also, someone might be allergic to one of the foods. By far the best KBBQ I've been to. This is my comparison to several in Sac like OZ, and in San Francisco. It is pricey but if you can eat, it's well worth it. Sides are the best here but careful not to eat too much of it haha. The Meat were of the best quality compared to the other places.
