The service is way too slow. There was no one in the store and I ordered a plain cheeseburger, which took way too long to make. The two people working messed it up and had to remake it, but it wasn’t worth waiting again. Go to in n out, if you want fast and good service/food.

I stopped in tonight for the first time because I was looking for a decent, quick burger and fries to go and I’m tired of in-N-Out. I ordered A double smash burger, and a Small fry. What I received was phenomenal! I will definitely be back.

Can’t lie burger was tasty up till my 3rd bite where I found stringy long hair (my hair is kinky) which completely turned me off and made me sick to my stomach! I called explaining to the male that answered the phone, instead of correcting the problem by offering a new burger & or refund he goes to tell me I’m wrong his hair is short they wear nets and he prepped the burger. Yet there was a lady in there w/o net on who brought me the food which I think was the one responsible of leaving hair! Yet I know not to ever go here again due to the lack of acknowledgement & poor customer service!!

Tried Big Boss with my family and we were all seriously impressed! The burgers were juicy and flavorful, the fries were crispy and fresh, and the staff was friendly and attentive. Everything—from the food to the service—was absolutely on point. We had a great time, and I can confidently say this has become one of my favorite burger spots. Definitely planning to visit again soon!
