An hour and 15 minutes I waited for 12 burgers! This is absolutely ridiculous. No food is worth the wait.tried to call but of course the guy who answered didn't speak enough English to take my order!

I don’t like to complain, but I ordered a burger with chili cheese fries, and some wings. I understand if it takes a little bit of time to make the food, but my fries were not fresh at all, and I waited 38 minutes for my food. My main concern is if you guys are gonna use a microwave, don’t have it in plain view for all customers to be able to see. It was very clear upon eating fries, that they were reheated in the microwave, as well as the cheese and chili. The fact they were not crispy at all, but steaming hot, as well as chili/cheese almost had the moisture completely taken out was an obvious tell. And over the course of my waiting for the food to be ready, I heard that microwave open up at least 4 times. As someone who likes supporting small businesses, please do better.

My burger was horrible and the service was terrible. One guy working the register that barely said two words to me and then he went back in the kitchen and was coughing and blowing his nose very loudly. Fries were good though lol

My problem with this location is it needs a good cleaning and those young folks standing around not wiping down the soda machines not wiping down the counters should do better! the saying in the food industry is if you got time to lean you got time to clean.

My dad has been a customer since the mid 90’s when they opened. We’ve been going there for years. Though we weren’t aware of how things would change with the new ownership, The food has always been good and the environment has always been great. We have always experienced great customer service after learning about the new ownership. Was a little skeptical about the change of ownership, but after trying this place out we can guarantee that the taste has not changed one bit. The place is super clean. We will continue to be customers!

Overall not great. They messed up the order in front of me, and then mine (on more than one item). They corrected it fast, and the server was really nice. Food was alright, not something I would come back for though.
As foodies were always in search of good burgers. You need to try this if you like good burgers! Everything is made fresh from scratch and taste wonderful everything about the place just who’s his professionalism and makes you feel like whatever Burger’s coming your way is gonna be awesome and it was Disregard the people that are putting low star ratings on, you need to check it out for yourself and you will be pleasantly surprised.

The hamburger and fries that I ordered were very good. I thought the hamburger was better than in previous times I was at this restaurant when it had a different owner. The server and cook also assisted me in trying to find my i-phone. The restroom is clean.
