The succulent pieces of tender goat meat, cooked to perfection, are generously coated in a rich and aromatic blend of spices, including ginger, garlic, and an array of traditional Pakistani spices. Each bite bursts with a harmonious balance of heat and depth, leaving a lasting impression that keeps you coming back for more.

I've been coming here for years and didn't realize that ownership had changed. The new owners seem like a nice family but might not be their best business decision to take over what was known as a local favorite. We gave them a shot anyway (they say they kept the recipe the same) and so ordered our usuals: 2 Grand Junction and onion rings. It wasn't bad but it was not the same. The burger was on the dryer side, the buns got soggy. I don't remember having difficulty with the buns before but my burger fell apart halfway through eating, not sure what happened there. The pastrami was disappointing. It wasn't the same as before. I'm pretty sure they're using a different brand/vendor for their ingredients which can play a big part in the flavors. On the other hand, the onion rings were the same! The ambiance also changed a little, they did a little redecorating and updated the POS system but kept the tables/chairs. No longer the old manual cashier I used to love to hear, no longer the train decorations on the wall. No longer the old-school vibe that makes a young millennial like myself feel like I've traveled back in time. ESPECIALLY, no longer Uncle Sal cooking in the back. We used to love going there hoping to see Uncle Sal. And when he was cooking, we were excited because we knew our burgers were going to be extra fantastic that day. I miss him. Hope he's enjoying his retirement because he deserves it. But selfishly I wish I could just have 1 more burger made by him. I hope the new owners find their way with this business and maybe they can slowly transition out and make this fully their own.

I ordered mushroom burger, my husband ordered the grand. Everything was just as good as it’s always been. The new owners were so nice they even offered to help get my disabled husband chair in the car, as he held the door open for us when we were leaving.
