Hello I came through the drive thru this morning and I ordered a 5 piece French toast sticks and I told you guys 4 times to make sure it's not hard cuz who wants to eat hard French toast. so I got home the French toast was hard Everytime I go there it's a issue with my order or y'all forgot something. U guys need to do better with y'all customer service.

7/19/25 give that boy Pedro and Gerard and whoever was back there making our food a raise. Excellent customer service and our food came out good. Stop sleeping on BK. This establishment is being run well , despite the area of south sac, you cannot judge a book by its cover.

On 6/4/25, I paid for 1 whopper meal, 1 bacon king, 1 junior cheese burger, and 2 large drinks sprite and lemonade! They sent one drink coke, 2 fries warm not fresh, and one whopper without cheese. Then I had to go back asking for them to remake it, with adding cheese to the whopper, fresh made fries with salt, and a lemonade! They gave a small fry although we paid for two large fries, a whopper made without care, and a lemonade. So then I had asked for a refund for fries and Iāll keep the whopper and the drink! Because the fact of that I feel everything was made out of care and it was lack of customer service! Do better Burger King! Let alone I witnessed an order ahead of me having to go back because their order was wrong so! Itās the fact of everything was made out lack of care from the whole order to the food!

Around 8pm tonight I ordered a double whopper meal from drive-through and the fries were slightly warm and mushy. I asked if I could have hot fries with no salt instead and they said yes and asked me to pull up to the front and they would bring out to me. 15 minutes later I was still in the parking lot waiting for my fries so I went in side and asked one of the cashiers that for my small fries and she repeated what I said and continue to work with the customers at the drive-through. I waited at the counter for another couple of minutes and I left. They were just walking around talking to each other behind the counter. I didnāt get my fries that I paid for!
