i really come to this BK locationAnd when I come I don’t have a good experience. It does not matter what time I can come in this case the lady in charge ignored me I call her and she walk away do not even say omen moment or nothing I had an online order it took me about 6 minutes to get to this place but I waited even longer for they to gave me my order. About 15 minutesI do understand that the were probably busy but at least take the time to say hi we will be right whit you ??

Went through drive thru and they forgot my order of Large Onion rings,had to turn at the light and go back through again to get them ,the guy was really nice about it and hooked me up with some fresh,hot ones ..

Other than being in one of the worse areas of Sacramento this Burger King is not too bad it's a brand new building with brand new equipment so the BK taste is building up. The food was everything your could expect from your typical fast food establishment I happen to go when they were switching over from breakfast to lunch like literally on the dot anyway I really didn't want lunch I had specifically came there for a nice cheap tasty breakfast but had to settle for a sub par mediocre lunch that consisted of 2 whopper jrs with cheese 2 value fries 3 of the 8 pc chicken nuggets a large vanilla milkshake and some onion rings. The food it's self was fire and was on point but the staff were very rude.
Standard BK. Staff have always been nice. Sometimes you randomly dont get tomatoes, I figured they run out sometimes but should post a notice of sorts.

This location is trash! Now I remember why I stopped going there. The staff is beyond immature & have no customer service skills. They need new management and classes on how to treat paying customers. I paid $55.16 for 4 meals for my teens & they messed up all 4 orders. I paid for cheese on all the orders & bacon on some, but got no cheese or bacon. Asked for no onions & the burger had 3 full slices of onion. Clearly their staff can’t read!!! Trash. Just trash!
