Was upsold and to be expected but Drive Through Team Member Olivia is Rude and lacks communication skills when ordering she stated “Large or Medium” I then stated Medium if that is Standard and it was not so after reviewing my receipt while waiting almost 10 minutes at the Fast Food that wasn’t so Fast I attempted to speak to Manager Kyle who is also rude and unprofessional who in addition needs to wear Gloves and be observed by OSHA for Hygiene and cross contamination because his fingernails are incredibly dirty… I then went in to speak to Kyle because he shut the window in my Face and he sustained with his aggressive attitude and disrespect and refusal to acknowledge my discrepancy. I was then assisted by a Food Preparation Team Member Kenya who was polite and acknowledged my frustration and discrepancy. Definitely believe Kyle and Kenya need a role switch.

Go to any other Burger King than this place!!! Ordered a value fries and got TWENTY (20) fries in the bag. Potatoes cost, at retail, five dollars for ten pounds. This place gives 20 fries for $2.19. Do you know how many fries could be made for $2.50 at retail? That is 5 pounds of potatoes! NEVER EVER go to this ripoff of a restaurant. They are THIEVES at the worst level!!!

Burger kings never been a first choice of mine for fast food. Ive been working in the area for a few months and have gone back multiple times because of the care an attention this store/staff put into theor customer service. Always friendly and fast. The food is assembled just like the pictures. Always wrapped neatly and receipts placed neatly on top. Truly refreshing to see establishments taking pride in all aspects. Great job to all truly. I will continue to support this location as long as im in the area.

Oh they just stole 15 dollars for me some small young Hispanic girl and a young Hispanic guy, I handed them 26 dollars knowing I only had 39 left, I realized I gave them 26 dollars for my food, I did not realize I gave them 26 instead 11 cause I mistaken a 20 for a 5 and the girl didn’t do right so, karma will get them all especially her in due time I hope, they must be fired

Terrible service. Terrible food quality. They gave us the wrong order. Went back to fix it. Argued with us. Watched cameras. “Fixed” the order and still gave us the wrong order. We went back again. AND THEY STILL GOT THE ORDER WRONG!!! HOW HARD IS IT TO MAKE 2 BURGERS AND 2 FRIES?!!!! Get it together! Never coming back to this location. Absolutely ridiculous!!!

Once again I went thru the drive thru and ordered food, I was taking it to my brother in law who was in the hospital at the time. I ordered the duo which was two jr. whoppers and I added cheese to both along with a regular whopper with cheese and a 8 piece nugget. I get across town to the hospital and up to his room and once again the order was missing the main thing he wanted (Whopper W/cheese). This is not the first time this has happened to me but I decided to say something this time because it’s happened before and I stopped going there as a result of multiple instances but being that’s what he wanted I tried again and BAM it happens again. So I would not recommend the drive thru at the Bradshaw location in Sacramento. I hope this helps someone with their choices.

Staff was courteous and efficient. Had the 5 Dollar your way meal and a rodeo burger. Burgers were on point. Fries were a fresh drop....An excellent meal for the price point.
