I went here to order a double cheeseburger, I get my food and there's double meat and 1 slice of cheese. ( I always check before driving off because of too many incidents of me paying for a double cheeseburger, only to find out they gave me a regular cheeseburger, cheese lovers will understand) I go back in and explain that I payed for a double cheeseburger and it's not what I received. She opens it up and tells me that double cheeseburgers only come with 1 slice of cheese. Since when? Wouldn't that be called a double burger? (just saying) I get my refund and leave. When I leave I decided to just Google burger kings double cheeseburger and guess what ya'll, there's two patties and TWO slices of cheese. DO BETTER!!

One of the cleaner bk’s around and food is good, but they routinely turn the shake machine off at 8pm every day even though they are open till 11. So don’t expect to come here for dessert or a late night sweet tooth.

This location sucks. Hella quick to take people's money but can't do a refund. Instead want to give me a $10 coupon for more bad food. Been going back and forth with this lady who ain't no help. I was giving hard buns which I didn't like so I ended up taking it back which they gladly excepted but can't give me my refund. I will be calling corporate come Monday. Hopefully someone will help.

The ice cream machine is down. So the employee offered me chocolate chip cookies. I tasted the cookie and immediately realized it tasted funny. The diary that the cookie was made with is going bad. Aren't cookies supposed to be thrown out at closing each night!? Selling old food old food days after it should have been thrown away! Health inspector, anyone?!

Came in the drive thru today during lunch. It wasn’t too busy but there were 4 cars in front of me so I was expecting a wait. Firstly, I was greeted almost immediately and the lady (she was wearing a manager shirt I didn’t catch her name) taking my order was very clear and nice, not something you hear in fast food anymore! Secondly, the line moved very quickly and my whopper was hot! When do you ever get hot food anymore?? Overall, service was a 10/10 she was very sweet and fast. My only complaint was the fries were a little cold. Keep up the good work! Thanks!

It's been 20 or more years since I visited a burger King, but we stopped here for lunch. First off, it is clean. Tablets counters bathroom. Our server Kate was friendly and patient with us. And the food was goodWell done!

I have no clue why this BK has low reviews. First, we don't eat fast a lot. This was a novelty for our daughter and we had no idea what to even order. Kate the asst manager who was working was so patient and helped explaining what came on different sandwiches... and we are a lot to handle. Like a lot of questions and energy coming at you. The food was great. Definitely better than what we expected having really only eaten fast food on road trips. Also, the bathroom was pristine which having a 7yo, I really appreciated, especially after her second visit .
