If I could give it zero I would. Ran through the drive-thru for a quick breakfast. Had to repeat our 3 times at the window. Then was handed our order width-in seconds and it was ice cold.
Went inside today floor was sticky and lots of straw wrappers on the ground, stood at the counter for 10 minutes as multiple workers walked past and no one asked me if I needed to order or had been helped. Avoiding eye contact as I’m saying hello can I order. I don’t see how this place is still open

Quick place yo grab a meal while you pump gas. The restaurant and gas station store is connected. Mostly empty and the service is fast.

Burger King has gone downhill. They used to serve their Whoppers with mayo, tomato and lettuce making them juicy. Now it's just like a McDonald's hamburger, dry and tasteless.

It sucks leaving a bad review especially while being a fellow customer service worker but holy cow! I've never had such a hard time ordering in my life. My meal has been wrong every single time I've ordered here. Not to mentioned being parked most times even when there's no one else in line. Rude drive through service at least 50% of the time and the workers will ignore you to chit chat and laugh amongst each other while I'm trying to order so they have to repeatedly ask me what I wanted. The location is prime for me to visit but I damn this location sucks

Not all Burger Kings are the same, the closes place to my house is located on Stockton Blvd. But I choose to go to the one on Gerber, because the service is better and the place is clean. The attitude of the people is pleasant and they are patient and they make sure that what I order is right. When I say no onions they make sure that there is no onions on my burger. Raw onion doesn’t sit well with me.

I went through the drive thru and had the worst experience. There’s a very rude Mexican chic there. I tried smiling and being kind to her but she was so rude. Rolling her eyes as I’m talking to her for no reason. She’s got to be the same rude person everyone on here is talking about. Her name is Griselda. She goes by Gris on her tag. She got my order wrong. And when I asked her what she was saying-cuz her English is broken she yelled and pointed her finger “you want fry-you buy!” Then when I told her I’ll buy them she grabbed my card and went in the back with it. Idk why she took my card back there but that made me very suspicious of her. Is there nobody managing this place?? Or maybe it’s her ??♀️ This is her in the pic..

Here the manager of the Burger King Restaurant here is by the gerber in front of the lady, don't look at her name badge but every time you ask her for something she answers very reluctantly so it is not very advisable to come to a place like this with people despotic as if they were going to give us food in my opinion.

Whoever was working the drive thru on 8-4-24 at around 10:30 am needs to be fired. I was trying to look over the menu to see what I wanted and when I told her twice I wasn't ready yet in the span of two minutes she said OH MY GOD over the speaker to me. Customer service is very important. She has absolutely zero people skills. I did not order and I will not be back. This burger king just lost about 40 dollars in profit because I was going to order for the whole family.
