You have to get your food from them by drive thru or walk in. This chain never seems busy but somehow always forgets food or it's tastes old when using food apps like Uber eats or Door dash etc.

Worst service ever from the "manager", sondrea, the guy making the burger who didn't know how to read the screen right and kept messing up causing sondrea to openly insult him, then the other guy, Luciano, who didn't know what he was doing pacing back and forth. Ordered online 10 minutes before arrival. 20 minutes later, no food all the while she attended to her friend and gave them a discount or maybe even free. Yup. Saw it clearly. Her customer service is as good as her hood mentality. And she had the audacity to blame me for coming inside to pick up my food instead of drive thru (which I selected on the app) thinking that my food would've been ready already instead of waiting in a drive thru line. Then she said I caused the backup, which makes no sense if my food was supposed to be made already when I placed the order online. I asked for Corporate number, she said it's posted outside. I asked her to get my food, but the guy making the burger said he ain't making it (don't forget he didn't know how to read what burgers to make) and Luciano said he's not giving me the food. I watch him put food incorrectly into bags and sondrea had to unpack them and re-pack it for someone else as well. Chances are my burger was made but given to someone else. But to top it off, this place has a bad management team in the 2nd shift. Never been so disrespected after waiting 20 minutes for a mobile order that never came. Trash service. Would rather go to McDonald's
Trash establishment closes before posted. Hours salty employees can’t even operate simple tasks. infested with flies and all employees Are either overweight or geriatric. Looking forward to seeing not only the employees on the employee of the month wall but the new “have it your wayT-shirts” im deciding to create because of this “urban” location’s wonderful staff and atmosphere

This place was horrible when i tried to open the doors they were locked i had to bang on the doors repeatedly for someone to finally open them,as i was waiting i saw a rat zoom across the bush.After i had to wait about 30 minutes for someone to take my order, as i was waiting i couldn't believe my eyes there was a family of roaches in the back corner that should've been a sign to leave.The man that took my order acted like he couldn't hear me he was extremely rude and disrespectful they took at least 1 hour to make my food.When it came out it was cold because they "forgot" about it after that they got my whole order wrong and over charged me by 8.46 i was PISSED.There was also a dead roach in my food worst fast food place ever.DO NOT GO HERE! How are they still in service?!
