The service is bad had to remind employees that this is not all my order. The guy got smart with me asking why I came up to counter and he was told the rest of order is back here. The burgers looked bad few fries in my fry container they barely filled up fries and the burgers were cold from sitting separately on the counter. Lettuce looked rotten. Nothing like the photos. I gave up on this location for years and thought maybe it has been fixed...update it has not. I just can not return to this location again. I love bk. It's my favorite fastfood restaurant but this location has made me so dissatisfied I think I am starting to hate burger king

There was a customer after he made is order he went inside the kitchen and was walking around freely like it was ok. It’s a big health concern for allowing customers walk in the kitchen. They gave me a burnt patty. When contacted support they didn’t say any comments about the health concerns like it’s normal and they offered credit less than what the meal was worth. Homeless in the area.

First time going cause my girlfriend's real into Burger King. Had the number 7 and a Dr. Pepper. The next morning I was vomiting out of BOTH ends. Truly abysmal experience, but there weren't too many homeless this time.

Worst Burger King in the surrounding areas of Roseville rocklin Lincoln Sacramento all the way down to Elk Grove. I drive for work and this place just flat out sucked. Dirty tables , trash service and over salted food. Also on national free onion ring day these cheap folks didn’t honor it. I’ll be Avoiding this location .
