Horrible customer service. I manage fast food and it is not hard to have a smile when serving customers. I can through the drive through and the guy basically threw my bag of food at me. I had asked for ranch and he did not hear so I kindly asked again and he rudely did not answer but gave me attitude. Behind him stood a supervisor in collard shirt. I don’t pay my workers $20 to be rude to customers.

Burger King on Freeport is a solid performing fast food restaurant. The service is customarily great, the food is great, and prices are reasonable.
Stopped in and headed to the drive thru to pick up a couple whoppers, fries, drinks to take home. Order was fast and sandwiches were made to order.

I don't usually eat at Burger King except when I'm in a crunch. Here, I ordered an impossible burger and got one reeking of beef. Sorry Burger King, you've lost me forever.

This is the worst Burger King I have ever been to.
The restroom was in terrible condition, with a lot of used toilet paper on the floor and clearly not cleaned.
It seemed like the employees were aware of the issue since there were two restrooms, but neither was marked as ‘employees only.’ When I asked to use the restroom, I was directed to the one on the left, which was in poor condition. When I inquired about using the one on the right, I was told, ‘No, you cannot use that one.’

You know Burger King is one of my favorite places to go. But lately it just seems like it's gone downhill. I went in and ordered a Texas Burger and the buns were so dry. I also ordered onion rings and I got five onion rings with a bunch of french fries in the bottom of the package. Was not happy with my meal
