Don't go here, or at least through the drive through. They will always... ALWAYS get your order wrong. This time we ordered three meals and this time they forgot a sandwich, a drink, and the additional sauces. The food itself is good but if you don't GET the actual food what's the point? Value argument isn't there as for three people it's 60 dollars too. So 60 dollars, incomplete order and one person only got their FRIES.

The burgers were a bit overcooked. The french fries were underwhelming. However the service was prompt and the workers were courteous. The burgers' toppings (veggies) tasted extremely fresh.

Cast the manager to watch my place while it went outside to have a cigarette. He had an employee who just came in dumped my stuff and then told me it wasn't his business. They never get my business again!

Things have changed at this Burger King. Vast improvement in the speed of service as well as quality of the food.
Apparently they solved their vagrant problem no one asking for change or being creepy at all.

Vegetarian options: Not for vegetarians it's Burger King I think I have one vegetarian burger I didn't see it on the menu anymore

Kid-friendliness: Did Stockbridge plaza, always keep an eye on your children in this neighborhood

Ok this place is very unorganized. They take too long to make your food! I waited 10 minutes before I even made it to the register with one person ahead of me also waiting. The cashier started yelling at a customer because he told him they forgot one of his burgers. Cashier doesn't listen, customer in front me ordered; and he didn't even get that right. The customer had to repeat the order twice to him. OK now me, on the menu it's flashing $5 whopper duo then flashing $6 dollar your way i ordered the $5 dollar duo he charges me $6 and I told him it cost $5.40 he said it's 6 the system is updated but yelling at me!! Not my fault that screen said $5 dollars then flashed $6 it's burger King problem not mines what the digital menu says is what im paying but since the cashier chooses to yell i asked for my money back and went to taco bell. He was a Mexican wearing glasses with a mask on or maybe Indian. Can't yell at the customers because, if we don't buy food how will burger King pay him to cashier. Service here sucks i left reviews on Yelp also about the trash service you receive here. Once again if customers don't buy food here how can the workers be paid. "You do not yell at any customer on any level period" Better get it together asap!!!

Even if you are hungry, don't go to dinner here at night, they didn't answer my drive, they honked and nothing, I stopped in front of the cash register but I only heard strange noises from the establishment, I won't speak ill of anyone, but there were two girls and a boy, I don't know if they were fucking inside the office but with very bad taste they yelled at me and told me that they couldn't serve me, in the same way they should have been more respectful and more attentive

Unfortunately our visit was not good. The service was very slow, we waited close to 20 minutes for 3 burgers, fries & drinks. That's not including the extra wait for my burger (which was made wrong). And there were only 2 other customers also waiting. It's quite disappointing, cause at one time, this location on Stockton Blvd had really good service.

My experience in this establishment was very bad, starting with the cashier who served me, with a bad attitude and no greeting, and she spoke Spanish and I spoke to her in Spanish and she responded in English when I heard 1 minute before that she was speaking Spanish I don't know if it is the establishment's policy that they don't speak Spanish, but it seemed in very bad taste, and the waiting time was absurd, 15 minutes for 1 combo and 2 taquitos, and there were only 2 customers in front of me, and when at the end I finally resile my order, it was delivered in a bad way. The tacos came without their corresponding bag, it was outside and my entire burger was full of oil! Very very bad service. You go to burger king and you don't finish the food because the burgers are super big, the wooper is my favorite and I didn't finish the fries, plus I used the Morticia coupon with a discount on 2 jumbos for $18.00

Drive thru cashier had a problem hearing our order thru the intercom system so we had to order at the window. customer service was good. It was rather late & obvious that the cashier was tired. But she remained calm & polite. We had a coupon & ordered the 2 Jr Whoppers & 2 French Fries special. The food was freshly made & the fries were nice & crispy & perfectly salted. We asked for extra ketchup & they definitely weren't cinchy either (8 packets)!! ??????
