I've been in the Drive-Thru for 10 minutes now and there's only four cars. I seriously don't understand what's taking so long. There are no customers in the restaurant.

Bad bad area!! You can't go through the drive-thru without a homeless person either peeing and #2 right next to the drive-thru or they are all over you asking for money. And I mean all over you! One guy came up to my closed window and slammed his forearm on the driver side window asking if I had change! I said no but he kept asking until I showed him my phone and said I was calling rhe cops because he wouldn't get off my car. It really is a bad area. I feel bad for all the businesses around there. Because the homeless are making it dirty and scary. And I see no change because it's pretty much been this way in this area for many many years. Sorry Burger King. I personally love the food just not the area. This particular BK has fresh food everytime I'm there and the staff is always polite and helpful and actually smile at you. It's the area it's in that is horrible.

I personally spend $50-60 a week at this location and it floored me when I tried to do the free Whopper Survey...They don't honor the survey at all...It seems that they are cutting costs and that's understandable,but it shouldn't be at the customer's expense!!! It says to use the receipt within 24 hours of purchase to complete the Survey,but everytime you enter the store # and transaction code,it immediately denies you and asks you to try again!!! No matter how many times you try it won't let you complete the survey...Though the food is OK, I won't continue to patronize a restaurant that DOESN'T CARE ABOUT OR CARE TO GIVE BACK TO THE CUSTOMERS THAT HELPS THEIR BUSINESS TO THRIVE...GOOD BUSINESS IS THE IDEA, BUT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION / APPRECIATION, IS THE KEY!!! They clearly don't appreciate the customer's...I'm NO LONGER A CUSTOMER,as of 7/24/25...

Don't go here, or at least through the drive through. They will always... ALWAYS get your order wrong. This time we ordered three meals and this time they forgot a sandwich, a drink, and the additional sauces. The food itself is good but if you don't GET the actual food what's the point? Value argument isn't there as for three people it's 60 dollars too. So 60 dollars, incomplete order and one person only got their FRIES.
The burgers were a bit overcooked. The french fries were underwhelming. However the service was prompt and the workers were courteous. The burgers' toppings (veggies) tasted extremely fresh.

Things have changed at this Burger King. Vast improvement in the speed of service as well as quality of the food. Apparently they solved their vagrant problem no one asking for change or being creepy at all.
Vegetarian options: Not for vegetarians it's Burger King I think I have one vegetarian burger I didn't see it on the menu anymore
Kid-friendliness: Did Stockbridge plaza, always keep an eye on your children in this neighborhood
