I personally spend $50-60 a week at this location and it floored me when I tried to do the free Whopper Survey...They don't honor the survey at all...It seems that they are cutting costs and that's understandable,but it shouldn't be at the customer's expense!!! It says to use the receipt within 24 hours of purchase to complete the Survey,but everytime you enter the store # and transaction code,it immediately denies you and asks you to try again!!! No matter...
The burgers were a bit overcooked. The french fries were underwhelming. However the service was prompt and the workers were courteous. The burgers' toppings (veggies) tasted extremely fresh.
