Was a bit disappointed this time. The fries were VASTLY undercooked, the burger patties were kinda old and per their procedure, re-nuked. They forgot the other half of our order of mozzarella sticks, the girl actually got saucy with us about it, pun intended, and they refused to give us our receipt!That's what I get for trying to save a few $ and going out to get it myself...sadly, the deliveries were usually hot, fresh and correct! ?But bad days happen; it's not the end of the World, it's just my birthday, teehee. C'est la vie. ✌️?✨

Avoid this place!! I hate to be so critical, but my experience wasn't just their incompetence but the manager was extremely rude and unwilling to correct the multiple wrongs they made. I didn't even receive 2 of the 4 sandwiches ordered, got the wrong drinks repeatedly, and had to knock on the door just to be let in and try to get it fixed. It's literally taken over an hour to get my simple order of 4 meals fixed and not a single sorry. To top it off, I ended up having to pay an extra $5 to get my order right and still deal with their mistakes and the ridiculous wait time. All around disappointing.

The vegetarian burger was good, but the original was better. I worked at BK in High School and still frequent their shops. Recently I saw a slurpee machine or Icee machine in a BK. Great Idea! I wonder who thought of it :)

One if the last place to eat at. Service isn't even good. Food isn't close to warm. The people in the back who try to act like they know what they're doing. Managers unprepared to operate the business. Can't even order cup carriers to carry drinks in then have you go back because they got the order way wrong. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE.

They were super slow at making my order. Not only that but they also messed up my order. I asked for 2 woopers they only gived me one and when I asked if they could fix my order the employee was super rude. I don't think I would ever go again.

Food was fast and accurate. Michelle was a bit abrasive at first but was nicer towards the end of our interaction. She made sure our order was correct (good thing cause it wasnt) and was overall a good manager.

Burger King is a f****** joke! It's almost guaranteed that your order at 12am is gonna be completely f***** up so u better check it thoroughly before u pull outta the drive thru because the bird brain heffers working there clearly hate their life and their job enough to not care about your food‼
I come to this Burger King quite a bit when I'm hungry just sitting at home doing nothing especially during the coronavirus... Just today I decided to come through the drive-through and order a whopper meal with a Sprite and so I waited in the drive-through. The lady who took my order it was very nice and friendly and when I got my food it was pretty good as well they left onions on the whopper which is not a bad thing because everything else tasted perfect

The worst experience I have ever had. I ordered my food and when I got to the window I told them that I had a coupon. The guy looks down and shakes his head in frustration. He then starts complaining and yelling about how i should have told him when i ordered. He goes on a rant for a couple of minutes as if i knew that was what i was supposed to do. Horrible service.

Omg the worst experience apart from from the nice gentle man working the grill. They gave me the wrong order and when I told them they accused me of trying to get over on them. My order did not consist of French fries I pointed out to them I even gave them the receipt of the order they gave me. While the drive thru was backed up I honked and told them I was going to pull up front and go inside so they can continue serving the other customers. Matter of fact I called over the shift lead and told her what I was going to do cuz the other customers were starting to get upset. When I went inside they were standing around with the exception of maybe 2 of them bikkering pointing the finger at one another as to who's fault it was and talking bout me . The grill guy I forget his name he took over the issue and handled it in a manner where I was thankful he worked there. Without him I may have been still there waiting for them to fill my order. Or maybe I would've got taken to court with what they were trying to say.just ridiculous ! Never again !
