Burger King is usually a great choice, but this visit in the drive-thru was disappointing. I waited at the speaker for nearly five minutes before the staff acknowledged me with “I’ll be right with you.” I was the only car in the drive-thru and the lot was fairly empty. After I placed my order, I moved to the second window, but I didn’t receive a warm greeting or an apology for the delay.
Overall, a decent meal, but the service could be faster and more welcoming during peak or slow periods.
I have been going to Burger King for 58 years. They had a fish sandwich called the whaler back then. The king without front holding up a burger on their sign. It's my favorite fest food chain. It is always consistent and delicious. The flame broiling makes the burger different. I am 62 years old and have problems not stopping at a Burger King when I pass by it. Long live Burger King.

Happened 9/17/25 at 3:50:23 pm. Literally the worst fast food restaurant. The speaker is hard to hear and the person working the speaker had a hard time communicating. I ordered 3 meals a whopper jr cheese no onion meal, Texas whopper meal, and a 2 cheeseburger meal with 2 cotton candy icees and one strawberry icee. Not a complicated order. I got whopper jr with cheese meal, Texas whopper meal, a small Diet Coke, one cotton candy icees and one strawberry icee. At the window I asked for my order to be corrected. The young man at the window said that if I wanted my order corrected id have to drive around the drive thru again and order my correct food. Are you kidding? Even at McDonald’s they don’t do stuff like that. They correct the order right there. I told him there was no reason I should have to do that and I left.
This Burger King always has issues and it’s been months since my last visit. This will definitely be my last one.
This isn’t that hard. I worked at this Burger King nearly 20 years ago. I know how this works. It’s apparent they haven’t updated the speakers since then. STAY AWAY FROM HERE!

Service is not good. They were greedy. Didn't give me ketchup and the sauce I paid for. Drink and fried size is the volume of a medium if you ordered large. Experience 3x already. I hope management gets to see this message and train their staff more.
