Came in for a basic burger and fries, no drink and placed my order at the kiosk. Not only was my burger and fries delicious but the ketchup itself was out of my world. Equally as important was the customer service that was provided - super kind, alert, and educated staff who try hard to provide a really good experience for customers. 6 out of 5 stars.

Had a great experience at Burger Lounge. The food was delicious and everything came out fresh and hot. The service was excellent too. I accidentally dropped some of my onion rings, and the manager noticed and brought me another order without hesitation. That kind of customer service really stands out and was a very nice touch. Definitely appreciated it and I’ll be back again soon!

Very disappointed for almost $40 for two sandwiches, one drink and shared fry/onion ring order. All of our fries and the onion rings were overly salty as well as the burger patty in a separate orderto the point I should have asked for everything to be redone without salt but I hate sending back food so we didn't. As we were leaving there were two seperate confrontations between a homeless person and a staff member. Not the restaurants fault just topped off the awful food experience. One and done experience won't be back.

Can't restrain myself, have to rave about this place. Got the cod sandwich and a baby salad. Sandwich: lightly grilled fish, delicate, big chunk of sliced tomato, good tartar sauce. Salad: they must have just picked everything, it's so fresh. Not plain either: tomato, red onion, carrot,parmesan, red onion,and a mouthful of sprouts on top! Verdict: 5*! I couldn't beat this at home if I tried!

Went here with my girlfriend Feb 26 around 6:30ish before catching a movie at the nearby Cinemark. On our way out, I had trouble figuring out where to throw away the trash and leave the metal trays. There wasn’t a clearly marked spot, just one bin labeled “recycle” near the condiment area so it was confusing. As we were leaving, someone from the kitchen started loudly talking about me and calling me “stupid” along with a few other rude comments. It went on for about a minute or two while we were heading out the door. It was really unprofessional and unnecessary. I brushed it off, but based on that experience, I wouldn’t recommend this place if this is how they allow their employees to treat customers.

Me and the wifeI ordered two burgers well done they both came in red at medium well very disappointed. I did not like the burgers at all and I’ve definitely will not return to this place again. How can you screw up well done. Get it together or you’ll never last at that location Because you’ll never get a repeat customer if you guys can’t follow basic instructions like that that’s your only job is to cook the burger the way it’s supposed to be cooked who wants a bloody burger . Your menu is so small and you guys screwed up

It was important to us that they didn't eat anything too heavy before going on stage, and we were pleased with how efficiently they prepared a delicious meal for us.
