Went to the Burgerim on West Stockton Blv in Sacramento for the first time and loved it. My server was Casimira and she was the sweetest person ever along w professional. She had everything organized and the store was so clean, probably the most clean store i’ve ever seen. The service was 10/10 and i will definitely be coming back!!

We arrived at this place for lunch. This restaurant was recommended to us by a friend. Well, it was a winning. The staff members welcomed us with a smile and we had a great feeling. The meal was great. We loved this place very much and we will visit this place again. Recommended.

What's going on here? Remodel? Closing down? It would be nice if there was a sign on the door explaining why they are closed at 6pm on a Friday night?!?

I'm out front right now on a Thursday night at 6:45 pm and the restaurant is dark. Hours posted say they are open until 9pm. Is this place still in business?! I wish I could comment about the food but difficult to do when they aren't open for dinner.

Ordered $70 worth of food was told my food would be ready in 10 minutes showed up 10 minutes later just to have everyone at the restaurant including the owner tell me no orders were made, no food was made. Yet we showed him the confirmation number and order, whole entirety. He then told us that the business is closed or no longer in business. But What seemed like other customers and children walking out of the establishment with bags of food and other food items. If you're closed and or out of business then why did they get their food and we not receive ours. Wasn't issued a refund and was told there is nothing they can do. I will never eat at this place ever again.

We were SUPER disappointed in this place...the cheese fries were super salty and tasted like fake cheese. Had I known the fries were chip like I would've opted out. They were so hard you couldn't even chew them. I guess they thought the sauce would soften then but it was an epic fail. The chicken wings were subpar right along with the burgers. The establishment was clean and cute but not worth another visit...

A preferred spot for tasty burgers. I love eating here. The service was very sociable and kind. The place has a nice atmosphere. Food and atmosphere reminds me of Atlanta.

So, I'm writing this immediately and taking time away from house-related tasks that will be pushed to later in the day, depriving me of time with my adorable son when he gets home. That's how truly awful the food is at this place. My wonderful wife gives it a "meh," which for her means she didn't think it was great, but it also wasn't going to force her to repent at the altar of Culinerious, the God of good food. The good - My Diet Coke. My wife thought her chicken sandwich was ok. My desire to be a good human being has caused me to elevate the fast-food drive-thru quality onion rings to this category, just so I can fool myself enough into believing that I'm not doing a total hatchet job, because after all, they may have had a bad day in the kitchen. The bad - my burger was awful. First off, please accept the photographic evidence included that depicts the scrumptious and meticulously presented ode to burger fandom on the menu, compared with the online dating-esque gastronomic catfishing experience on my aluminum tray. The flavor of the wilted lettuce and whatever "Spanish" flavorings did a wonderful job of creating the illusion that the patty (of which had a texture strongly suggesting the presence of meat fillers added for bulk (just like in the middle school when I stuffed a sock in my BVDs to create the illusion of fullness) without adding anything of reasonable substance). The bun was a soggy mess. And both our sandwiches were less than room temperature. My wife had to salt her grease-soaked chips so heavily that she's currently under observation for a blood-pressure induced stroke. In full disclosure, she likes things a little on the salty side, but her quest for flavor pushed her to new levels. And all this for $25. I'm feeling like someone fifty years older complaining about the days of $0.95 Big Macs, but trust me, I'm not. But I am someone who expects something decent in return for my hard-earned dollars, and this certainly wasn't it. Still, the experience left me with one positive: the satisfaction of knowing that I was right when I suggested we enjoy the American appropriation of Chinese cuisine known as Panda Express that resides two storefronts away.
