Services and atmosphere was very good. The food was not executed well. The toasted croquettes over powered the bone marrow appetizer so all you tasted was toasted croquettes. The New York steak was cooked ok, I ordered it medium rare and it came out closer to medium. It wasn’t seasoned at all I had to asked for some salt to actually get some favor. The Chimichurri was not good at all, I would not recommend it even at a $4.00 add on to the dish. My wife had the seared scallops with risotto which wasn’t bad the risotto was bland. For a date night dinner that was over $200.00 I would hope for a better food experience. We will not be returning.

Hi again, To give more detail on my review. The reservation was on time and the table seating was excellent. It's a loud restaurant and when full it can be difficult to have a conversation, but that's not unusual. The service was excellent. Very attentive and considering it was busy the server was polished and friendly. The food was inconsistent. The burger was great and cooked to temperature. The tacos were soggy and unpleasantly fatty. The steak was requested rare and was medium to rare. It was not rested after cooking and the juices bled all over the plate resulting in a dry and tough steak. Not what you would expect from a restaurant that is recommended for it's beef. All in all the experience was good but there was a lack of attention from the kitchen and we should have sent some food back but we didn't and that's on us. Overall we had a good dinner, but it was because of the service and company, the food was disappointing. Will we give it another opportunity. Yes, but it will be because the service was the redeeming factor.

Great drinks tailored to our tastes. A bartender who listened. Waitstaff was very attentive. Pear salad was yummy with a well balance vignette. My Fillet Mignon was cooked to a perfect med-rare and the Lamp chops were a generous portion. Finished our meal with the Beignets. Totally worth the trip to downtown!

Note for restaurant: you can charge what you want but just include the full amount in the price of each item
