My family loves this place. Always fresh, quick and affordable. Love the beer selection and Two Rivers on tap is a nice addition for gluten intolerant drinkers. The adobada burrito is great but often I will just have a simple bean and cheese. Also suggest the mole enchiladas. Love the vibe here and it will always be one of my favorites in sac.

Chipotle shrimp spinach mushroom quesadilla was super tasty ? limonata too, and the chips with hot sauce spot on.

So happy to see they have a vegan combo option. I got one butternut squash taco and one veggie enchilada. The enchilada was my personal favorite. As of 3/26/24 it’s cash only!

Excellent red potato, Swiss chard, and black bean burrito with tasty charred green salsa. Great vegetarian options. Carne asada burrito was good too!

A very favorite local spot! Great food. We especially love the tacos, potato poblano quesadilla. Great variety of vegetarian options too. We have been here more times than I can count. Good prices, great food, not too fancy. Owner is nice. It is a smaller restaurant and they usually are pretty busy around lunch and not as busy around dinner. I gave it 4 stars as sometimes hours are inconsistent and service is variable. That said, the crunchy tacos are worth it. Highly recommend!

Love this tucked in spot. Yummy yummy yummy every thing is yummy. Got a mom and pop feel. You walk in order at the counter and then seat yourself inside or out. Super cute for a first date spot with quality food and located in a great area to walk and window shop in. Not sure if they have a dedicated parking lot but we parked down a residential street and walked the two minutes no problem. Definitely recommend exploring the menu. I had 3 different tacos and all were delightful! I think my top two are the fish and potato and pepper. Can't wait to go back and explore more.

Ordered a bowl of soup to eat in, they came with a cup of soup in a to-go Dixie cup with a lid so upsetting will not be going back.

Are food handlers not required to wear gloves anymore? The person at the cash register did not put gloves on and shortly afterwards, started preparing our food. I don't know why but this made me very uneasy. Not sure if we'll return.

We tried Cafe Capricho during small business Saturday. We needed a bite while we were out shopping! We got the chorizo burrito and chorizo tortilla. You order at the counter and they bring your food out to your table. There is indoor and outdoor seating available. The food came out hot and fresh, and we had complimentary chips and salsa to snack on while we waited. They have canned and bottled beverages as well as a soda fountain. They serve some beer as well. We enjoyed our meal, and I we would eat here again. The torta was particularly good, but the burrito was tasty, too.

Good food, but overpriced for the portions compared to competitors, no salsa bar and the costumer service is somewhat bad.

This place has never disappointed me since it opened. Im not a huge fan of eating there in a to go style container but everyone has their own style. The food is always great and the price is also always affordable. ?. Bring cash tip.??

We recently ate here for the first time. Staff, particularly Ed the owner, are very friendly and accommodating. The small cafe is very casual, clean, and light inside. We both ordered the Strand's Salad with butter lettuce, pear, goat cheese, sunflower seeds, citrus viniagrette, and probably more. It was delicious. It would be my preference to have food served on regular plates with silverware, rather than plastic, when dining in. Plastic is fine for take-out, but not great for dining in. Just an opinion. We would recommend and we will be back.
