Overpriced. Dairy products are expired. Item prices mislabeled and when brought to “staffs” attention, they say the item used to be a certain price but they “will let me have it this one time”. Sign that makes customer aware of credit/ debit charge is small and hidden on a post-it, so don’t question extra charges because they will rudely tell you “you’ve been here before, so you should know”. Staff always seems so unwilling to make items for paying customers. This cafe needs to be replaced ASAP.

There customer service and people skills sucks, there food also sucks. that was my very last time in for anything. Hopefully whoever's regulates their business will get a new company it there. 0 star. Also I heard they have been turned in to Environmental Health Department a few times.

Be careful, they don't mark dates on packaged sandwiches and i ate a stale sandwich and had stomach issues within 3 hours of eating .

This cafe is the definition of "horrible cafeteria food". I have literally skipped lunch before when the only option was going to Cafe 700 due to time constraints.

I have officially banned this place from my life. Nothing they make is worth the charge. Breakfast items are pre made, not fresh. Selection is minimal. Effort is minimal. They stop serving "prepared" food at like 1pm. The level of convenience of having this place in the basement of the same building as my office is far out weighed by the quality of product. I will be starving and short on time and still make a trip to somewhere several blocks away.

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. They make no attempt to be decent to us because they are counting on our laziness or busyness and the convenience of having the café in our work building. Over the years I have experienced so many rude situations and being nickled and dimed yet I continue to try to give them more chances only to be continually disappointed. Save your money and take a short walk to Subway, La Bonne soup or La Boulder.

Many better restaurants nearby. Pastries sometimes old. Convenient that cafe is in the big county building, but be prepared to be insulted by the rude lady. Prices are not marked and change regularly.

I work in the building so it's very convenient especially when it's super hot outside and I don't feel like venturing out. The food quality is good and consistent with prices that match as well. I usually come in the morning for a bagel and cream cheese for $1.50. The lunch specials usually consist of a sandwich or burger with chips and a soda for under $7.00. They have a decent selection of standard sandwiches and salads along with a variety of snacks and drinks. It's a combination of a building cafeteria and convenient store which does the job in a pinch.

I work in the building and this is my go-to place when I don't have a lot of time or I want to spend more time catching up with friends and co-workers. Also a good people watching spot with a large picture window right off a light rail station. The deli sandwiches are really good but the specials are hit and miss. The swiss mushroom burger special is consistently good. The soups tend to be very bland. The staff are really friendly. Glad they are here.

I work in the building, so it's super convenient. I would not go out of the way for it though. Ok food, a little bit high on the prices, super friendly staff.
