Came to Cafeteria 15L today (9/14/25) for part 2 of my bday for brunch! And the server ZACH was very rude, rushed, messed up on our order. Never came to check on us. I was waiting on refills FOREVER!!! I told him I wanted to order a drink once my food arrived and he never checked back with our table unless he was called over to it. I literally watched him consistently check on the other 4 tables that were surrounding us. Even checked on the new table RIGHT NEXT TO US,, WITHOUT ASKING OR ACKNOWLEDGING US AT ALL! HE MADE MY BIRTHDAY EXPERIENCE HERE SUCK! More than likely I won't be back. I ordered chicken and waffles cause I seen others come out and looked and smelled delicious! But as mine came it was dry, hard and over cooked. The waffles were the best thing out of it all! Zach you were the worse server I've had by far!!

I've always liked cafeteria 15L until NOW. A few weeks ago I went online to make reservations for Thanksgiving for 8 of us. Yesterday got an email my reservations were cancelled- no reason just cancelled. When I called I was told they are closed on Thanksgiving. Why then did they allow the reservation system to allow me to make them. Poor management. Food and service has always been good. Seems the managers can't think past a few weeks. Sad. Good news: Bennett's is open for Thanksgiving and that's where we'll be. This poor management of Cafeteria 15L's reservation didn't destroy our Thanksgiving. Will think twice before going there in the future.

Wishing there were more options on small plates section. Something not deep fried would be nice. Either put something other than (men's) sports on tvs, or nothing. The country music has got to go. I wasn't the only one with noise cancelling headphones on.

I ate lunch at bar today. Granted, tge place was busy, BUT…the servers were not communicating with the bar tenders and orders were going to the wrong patrons…The tried to serve me my odere literally 30 seconds after I ordered it…tgey acknowledged that and got it to the right patrons. 20 minutes later they gave MY order to the patron next to me who ordered hers just a minutes before she ordered. She was not as understanding. I pointed the mistake out to the bartenders who told me I was wrong. Wouldnt you know, after my oder finally came up tgey attempted to deliver the patron next me, her order…AGAIN. LOL…clearly they had no situaltional awareness of what was going on…..ok so why the 1star review? I am very understanding that when its busy mistakes are made but when the bartending crew is aggressively non-friendly, moribund (read complete lack of affect), and basically just slinging drinks and food and not caring, that’s when I get a bit disappointed. Great service with a smile regardless of how busy it is costs nothing. It’s what true professional bar tenders do. Bottom line…..don’t come here when it’s busy.

I know they’re busy, it’s the airport. But a quick smile and “I’ll be right with you” goes a lot further than a scowl and ignoring the guest with a “what can I getcha “ without a menu ever being presented.

I only came here because I needed breakfast after leaving early for my flight. I ordered the breakfast burritos, and the tater tots were complimentary. They both tasted alright, as I couldn’t expect more from an airport restaurant. It’s kinda funny that they give you the checkout machine, and you end up having to manually enter everything while the staff does other things.

Horrible! The chicken sandwich was thin and tough on the outside and hard to chew. Over cooked. The fries were ok. The drinks were ok.

Ok service, courteous and friendly. Food not tasty but could be filling if you're really hungry for something hot. Use hand carried card readers and QR codes on table to checkout. Efficient that way. Overpriced.

I understand that at the airport the choices are limited to sit in a bar and have a drink. But c'mon! Every time I stop here, the bartenders walk around with a sour look on their face and don't care at all about what they're doing. I get it, I'm in the industry and it can become monotonous. But people are paying at least double for everything than they would in the "real world", and if you hate your job that much, find something else to do. Bartender jobs are plentiful. And stop walking off the floor to check your Instagram feed. Do your job. Not a hard concept.
