Came to Cafeteria 15L today (9/14/25) for part 2 of my bday for brunch! And the server ZACH was very rude, rushed, messed up on our order. Never came to check on us. I was waiting on refills FOREVER!!! I told him I wanted to order a drink once my food arrived and he never checked back with our table unless he was called over to it. I literally watched him consistently check on the other 4 tables that were surrounding us. Even checked on the new table RIGHT NEXT TO US,, WITHOUT ASKING OR ACKNOWLEDGING US AT ALL! HE MADE MY BIRTHDAY EXPERIENCE HERE SUCK! More than likely I won't be back. I ordered chicken and waffles cause I seen others come out and looked and smelled delicious! But as mine came it was dry, hard and over cooked. The waffles were the best thing out of it all! Zach you were the worse server I've had by far!!

I've always liked cafeteria 15L until NOW. A few weeks ago I went online to make reservations for Thanksgiving for 8 of us. Yesterday got an email my reservations were cancelled- no reason just cancelled. When I called I was told they are closed on Thanksgiving. Why then did they allow the reservation system to allow me to make them. Poor management. Food and service has always been good. Seems the managers can't think past a few weeks. Sad. Good news: Bennett's is open for Thanksgiving and that's where we'll be. This poor management of Cafeteria 15L's reservation didn't destroy our Thanksgiving. Will think twice before going there in the future.

Read some of your past reviews, this is my experience as of a couple days ago. For the weary traveler, a decent place for a quick meal. Yes, we have had better but for the environment, hmm. Wife and I split the turkey club sandwich, fries. An additional side of fries cost $4. Sandwich was fresh, plenty of meat and filling. No wait for a table. Waitress was friendly, helpful and the establishment was clean. See photos of the menu and the current prices. Yes, there is a bar option.

Loved the vibe and our server. The food was excellent! The Western Burger was so yummy and the shoestring fries were amazing. We love the Thai Salad a bunch! Just really good food and fun!

I don’t understand where all these great reviews are coming from, but don’t be fooled like I was. First of all, the service was subpar. We asked our server repeatedly for a baby booster seat and she never brought it, so I finally had to get up and look for where they were kept. She also didn’t bring the juice we ordered for our toddler till the end of the meal. Have you ever dealt with a thirsty toddler? Not good. Also, we ordered bottomless mimosas and only got one refill, after asking repeatedly for it. Our glasses were empty most of the meal. Now the food. We ordered eggs Benedict and the eggs were hard boiled, served over stale bread with just a little bit of hollandaise. It was gross. The only good food was the side of bacon we ordered for our toddler. Overall this was by far the worst restaurant experience I have ever had, especially because it ruined Father’s Day for my husband.

We came here for a light dinner after check-in at the Marriott Residence Inn right across the street. Liked the clean exterior curb appeal. There were patio seatings. The interior with high ceiling was welcoming. We settled into a quiet, comfortable booth in one section of the spacious dining room. Enjoyed the draft BlueMoon. The dishes we ordered: Mac & cheese, cornbread, onion soup, Caesar, poached salmon spinach salad, mixed green salad, and shrimp scampi were all quite average. Service was good.

A group of 6 had dinner New Year's Eve, and we were extremely disappointed. The wait staff could have cared less about the level of service provided, and most of our food was mediocre at best. We ordered an appetizer of loaded tater tots...yes, folks, tater tots...no one thought to bring small plates for us to use, and we were probably lucky to have napkins and utensils. Salads were delivered at the same time as our entrée's, which is not a big deal, but the table became very crowded and we felt rushed. My wife's entrée never arrived; we gave the waiter a few minutes before asking him to go find it, and again, it never arrived. He seemed shocked that we gave up and wanted the item removed from our bill. The waiter never asked if we wanted a second round of drinks...it's New Year's Eve, and he doesn't think it's a good idea to offer another round of expensive drinks? He did ask if we wanted dessert, but by that point, we were done with him and Cafeteria 15L. The waiter was tipped appropriately for the amount of service provided, which was half of our normal tip. I have no need to return to this place, and given the number of negative reviews about service, ownership should be embarrassed.

Service was atrocious! From the entrance to the bartending. I would rather dine at Chuck E. Cheese..

Friendly staff, quiet "patio" seating. Nice food selection and the bar is well-stocked with 8 draft beers, a dozen or so wines, and shelves upon shelves of liquor. Very nice for an airport lounge!

Quite possibly one of the worst airport food experiences I’ve had, and I travel a lot for work.Pretty sure our server (Gregory) was either stoned or just didn’t care. Couldn’t get his attention at all. When we finally ordered food came out wrong and cold. Tried again to get his attention several times and ended up having to go to the kitchen and ask myself to get it fixed. When if finally came it just plain wasn’t good. Fries are the cheapest most basic frozen fries, unseasoned and bland. Burger was poorly balanced, whatever redeeming features it might had were buried under an avalanche of blue cheese so powerful it was similar to eating blue cheese with a spoon.Beer arrived in a dirty glass. After everything the check had no discounts or comps despite being friendly, polite, and understanding with the wait staff.Save your money and your brainpower. Eat literally anywhere else. At least the Starbucks next door takes consistency and quality seriously. If you’re getting beaten by Starbucks you have problems.

I have been all around the world in some of the most impoverished and wealthiest places. This by far this is the most disgusting disappointing breakfast I have ever had. For $18 I got some powdered egg, stale sourdough, bacon that tasted like it was cardstock dipped in bacon grease and the potatoes advertised as red pepper and onion cooked with breakfast potatoes. Where simply frozen tater tots that where not even warm with a spoon full of soggy oil soaked onion and pepper scraps. This company should be ashamed beyond belief that they think it is ok to serve this to anyone let alone charge what they have charged for it.
