Love the coffee, very well brewed. Good food. It’s always busy and usually there are no open tables. Sometimes it’s tricky to find parking. Great employees.

Great spot for breakfast! I visited with coworkers, and the atmosphere was lovely. Parking was easy.

I had a Matcha latte and a sausage sandwich. The sandwich was excellent—flaky and buttery bread. The Matcha was a bit too sweet for my taste, but overall, everything was delicious. I’ll likely return.

Reddit raves about the breakfast sandwiches here, so I gave them a try. Can confirm that the bacon one has good flavor and is so soft. What really sold me though is how friendly the staff were.

The best coffee I’ve had in Sacramento. Great quality. It’s a little too busy/ noisy for my taste so I just take it to go. :) but if you’re with a friend it’s a great place to stop and chat.

Stopped in to buy beans. There was a very long line. Most of the beans for sale had been roasted over two weeks ago -- most likely already stale.

I asked if I needed to wait in the 30 minute line to buy the beans, and the barista lady was very rude to tell me that I have to.

I won't be going back due to their inability to manage their peak demand time and the freshness of their beans for sale.

I’ve had drinks here twice. Last winter I got a seasonal hot latte which was pretty good.
Since then I’ve heard a lot about their breakfast sandwiches and decided to give it a try. I’ve also heard about their horchata cold brew so I gave that a shot as well. It was just milky and not really great in flavor, I was over it after the first sip.

For the breakfast menus - I don’t understand why it’s difficult to have non-pork options. At first, since I’m from NYC, I thought maybe it was just uncommon to have turkey bacon or turkey sausage / or really any non pork options for meat. After a year out in California, I completely disagree. It just feels like it’s not inclusive to not have a single meat option that’s not pork. This most recent visit, the meat options were pork bacon, pork sausage, OR a season shredded pork. Aside from religious reasons, there are a lot of reasons people do not eat pork…

Anyways, I did give their vegetarian sandwich a try. It was pretty mediocre and I felt like it lacked in salt/flavor. It lacked so much that the only flavor that came through was the flavor of plain avocado lol

The place is actually really cute and it has a great atmosphere otherwise. They have a cute claw machine as well. I think the place has room for improvement for sure.

Camellia Coffee hits all the right notes for downtown Sacramento. Bright, welcoming, and buzzy in the best way, it is the kind of café where you can settle in and actually enjoy your coffee. I had their flat white and loved it, silky microfoam with that paint-like texture and a clean, balanced shot underneath. They use organic barista milk that steams beautifully, and the roast sits in that light to medium sweet spot, smooth with gentle fruit and a little cocoa on the finish.

The baristas are friendly and precise, latte art on point, and the whole space feels thoughtful without trying too hard. If you are a flat white person, this is your spot. I will happily come back for another round.

Great strong coffee and a delicious breakfast sandwich, super cheesy, moist, and full of flavor. The horchata cold brew was also a hit; it tastes just like Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal milk. Definitely worth a stop!

Went here for the first time with my friend on a Sunday morning at 11am! There was a line, but still plenty of open seating inside. There is also a patio area with seating outdoors and easy parking on the street.

We got the bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich and the sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich - they were both delicious. You can see from the picture people post, the eggs are so fluffy and cooked perfectly! The sandwich is flavorful and not too dense, perfect for breakfast :)

I also got an iced chai tea which was delicious and a chive scone, also delicious. Prices aren't too expensive.

The wait for food took a bit, which I was not expecting since it seemed like more of a grab and go place. We had an appointment after so I would just be cognizant of that in the future!

On another adventures of Rudy’s Eats brings us to this awesome coffee shop located in the charming midtown area! I stopped in early in the morning to grab my staff some of their delicious breakfast sandwiches. I ordered the breakfast sandwich with bacon and avocado. I was blown away on how amazing the sandwiches were. The eggs were cooked to perfection and the texture was fluffy which I loved. I also really liked how they added scallions and this awesome cheese matched with their crispy bacon that took the sandwich to another whole level! With all the combinations of different flavors and culinary technique this is easily one of the best breakfast sandwiches I ever had in my life and reminds me of some places that I tried in Los Angeles but this sandwich was way better. My staff loved the sandwiches and I will definitely be back to grab breakfast every single week since I’m so close to the coffee shop.

This coffee shop is very cute and bright with lots of seating. Inside there’s seating on tiled benches and chairs, outside there is seating in wooden benches covered under the patio roof. Great place to sit at if the weather is nice out! The inside is clean, cutely decorated, and has a modern aesthetic but not minimalist. When it’s not busy it’s very chill and would be a great place to do homework or work. This place does get very busy!

The staff are nice, mostly when it’s not busy understandably, I’ve been here a couple times and haven’t had a bad interaction. Recently I came and got their breakfast sandwich with sausage and an iced matcha with oat milk and I added honey. The sandwich was super tasty, the eggs were cooked perfectly and was very filling. I loved the cheese and scallions they added to it. The matcha was unfortunately disappointing. I had gotten it once before and I liked it but this recent time it had a watered down flavor and was not sweet at all despite the barista telling me the matcha it already sweetened and asking if I was sure I wanted to add honey to it. I’d come back to try a coffee or tea drink instead. The prices seem standard for other coffee shops/cafes.
