Not sure how this lady working the counter keeps her job. Or maybe she’s the owner and doesn’t really care about customer service. This was my 1st time here and not at all impressed with the experience these employees created for me. NOT friendly and DO NOT make you feel welcomed. As i was reaching for for my little smoothie and leaving i very loudly said to the lady “Thank You” with a smile on my face. NOT even a glance or acknowledgment…..if this person is an employee she really should go do something different. Oh, the yogurt parfait was fine but based on this interaction there’s no need to go back.

I went there a half hour before closing time to their doors being locked. When I knocked they said they “ran out of everything.” When I asked for clarification they said they’d “cleaned the juicer” and could only offer smoothies.

My husband and I are both Black we came here because it was a black owned establishment. We walked in saw the owner no welcome or anything. We ordered sat down, but then when a white woman walked in she immediately greeted her. We will not be coming back here. Such a shame this happened a few months ago I’ve been meaning to leave a review.

Pretty crappy customer service. When I walked in I had to ask if they were open because the employee did not come to the front. When she finally got to my order, she asked me to go wait outside when it’s 58 degrees out and all the tables and chairs are stacked inside the store. So I waited in the side walk for her to walk out my order. Made no sense.

YES, Please! Cap City’s açaí bowls are the Best in the Biz! I’ve had açaí bowls from Sac to Monterey, CA and none are better prepared, taste, or as big as Cap City! This is my all time fav! I just wish they were open on Sunday because I’m coming from Roseville and can’t always make it after work. The service is great, keep up the awesome work!
